They advised they will order it from Toyota and replace it, they called me to say they were going to Toyota to call in for the replacement part but never called back after that. On top of that they didn't install the driver side windshield weathering cover properly so when driving out in the highway it flew off. I sent a couple of emails to customer.care@safelite.com but didn't get any response from there. Pretty irritated with this level of service from this company and location. Would have given a no star review but yelp didn't allow me to.

The technician who came out was pleasant and replaced a VW Golf windshield in about 20 min., or at least that's what it felt like. Maybe it was 30 minutes. They removed the old toll tag and oil change sticker, replaced them on the new windshield, and thoroughly cleaned the windshield. I could then pay by phone using a credit card. Here's the best part. I thought that was a reasonable price for the job, which included the windshield, any parts, and labor. I checked three other businesses, and they were much, much higher. Last week the crack expanded and I began to fear that the windshield could explode and change my looks for the negative. I called my insurance company and told them I needed a new windshield. They patched me through to the windshield claim group. Come to find out, it was really just SafeLite Auto Glass. They had "a lot of great options for me." One option involved me paying $480 out of pocket. I declined their fab opportunities and found Dallas Mobile Glass on the web. Yesterday I called their office around 2pm and spoke with a guy named Norm. He was courteous, detailed and he promptly explained how things would work and got me a quote. It was a good deal --- if by good deal you mean a GREAT price with AWESOME service. Alberto showed up on time today and had my new windshield in place in less than thirty minutes. This is America. Things should happen fast and affordable. That's what happened here today. I am going to use them again to replace my wife's windshield, the experience was that good. Heck, I may break my windshield again - it really was that painless.
