Best customer service I have EVER come across! I cannot say enough good things about Dave and…read moreMountain Lock & Key! First off, he answered the phone (the other places I called either didn't answer or never called me back). Secondly, he kept his word! He showed up when he said he would and he kept me informed throughout the process, as he promised. That alone is worth the 5 stars but, let me go on. I had purchased a trailer online that was located in Evergreen, CO. The trailer keys had been lost by the previous owner but I needed keys prior to moving the trailer across the country. I called Dave on short notice and he made time to inspect my trailer key needs that very same day! As it turns out, due of the nature of the lock, new keys would need to be ordered. The problem with this was the trailer was leaving the state the following week. Quick thinking Dave made arrangements to have the keys expedited and delivered just in time! Needless to say, I was very pleased! When I called Dave, I called from my home state; this is to say this whole transaction was completed 100% remotely! It is doubtful I will ever require Dave's services again simply because I don't live in the area (or even the state) however, this didn't stop him from treating me any differently than if I was going to be a regular, long-time customer! He respected my needs throughout the whole process and I felt valued. Dave delivers quality, good old fashion, keep your word type work and conducts himself with INTEGRITY! Use him and tell all your friends about him, you won't regret it!

Here is an update to my last review. I hired All Seasons to replace the roof for my other house in…read moreColorado. My experience with the second house was similar to the first house. Once again, they did an outstanding job! They met with my insurance agent several times on site to present the damage and its relationship to recent storms. They installed a high quality roof (I upgraded to the premium shingle and received a homeowners insurance rebate and annual discount) and completed the job on time as scheduled. I am really glad that my insurance company recommended them. I highly recommend them! Here is the review I submitted for the first house in Colorado (in case you have not read it): I don't write reviews often. However, All Seasons Exteriors did such outstanding work on my roof replacement that I decided to share my experience with others. Here are the key facts: 1. All Seasons was recommended by my insurance company for the replacement of my roof. 2. I requested quotes from 3 companies. Two companies concluded that insurance would not cover the repair. All Seasons Exteriors felt that there was a 70% chance that insurance would cover it and recommended that I submit a claim. 3. All Seasons met with the claims adjuster and climbed up on the roof to show them the damage and helped the insurance company to prepare the claim. Some time lapsed and a different claims adjuster was assigned. All Seasons met with the new adjuster and repeated the process of submitting a claim. The claim was approved by insurance. 4. All Seasons met with me at my home to ensure that the roof color would match the house. They also helped me to select a shingle upgrade that would reduce my future homeowners insurance premiums. 5. The only payment that was required from me was my insurance deductible (plus a shingle upgrade that I decided to purchase). All Seasons waited until I received proceeds from the insurance company before final billing. There was a small difference in the final bill versus the insurance payment, and All Seasons absorbed this cost. 6. The resulting roof looks great and has an outstanding warranty! All Seasons has a great reputation for quality work with my insurance company (State Farm) and online. Evan and Jan were really great to work with. They explained everything along the way. I highly recommend All Seasons for roof replacement.

We were very impressed with the product and service around the installation of all new Amerimax…read morewindows and sliding glass doors in our Highlands Ranch, CO residence. We highly recommend Ken from K&K Klassic Designs and the installation team of Bill, Troy, and Chris. The product has proven to be a definite improvement to our house. The draft around the windows and sliding doors has been entirely eliminated. The windows look wonderful adding a noticeable visual advantage over the replaced windows. The French door design of the sliding glass doors definitely improve the physical appearance of the rooms where they are a part. We cannot speak highly enough of the installation team of Bill, Troy, and Chris. They were incredibly professional and masters of their trade with their abilities to remove and install all our windows and sliding doors. While the job could have taken up to 3 days, they did it in two. On both days, they arrived during the time frame promised. Then when they arrived, they were cordial... but they were focused on working. An incredible work ethic portrayed by all 3 that made us happy they were working on our job. Their efforts to clean up after themselves were extra-ordinary. On both days, the amount of clean-up we needed to complete was basically non-existent. The same goes with the minimal amount of 'touch up painting' required after the windows were installed. While the windows are definitely new, the workmanship made the windows look like they're part of the existing house structure. Anyone would be fortunate to this installation team work on their home. Finally, working with Ken was a definite asset to the process. He worked with us from beginning to end regarding scheduling, explaining options, creating an acceptable contract, and taking payment as agreed. He came to us recommended by a neighborhood workmate, and we would recommend him to anyone seriously interested in replacing their windows and sliding glass doors. Happy Customers - Brad and Diane
