This business is extremely untrustworthy. Would not recommend…read more They showed up to our house in an unmarked van and tried to pressure my wife into making a decision without me on which locks to install. I arrived 3 minutes after they did. They ran around our house changing locks for all of 15 minutes and then changed out 5 not 3 locks like we had originally discussed. They then charged us over 2000 which is basically robbery. What kind of business tries to fleece people like this. I'm extremely upset they had the gall to do this. Eventually they removed 600 of BS service charges and rekeying fees but even still at 1400 for 5 locks I feel like I have been grossly taken advantage of. They the almost ran off without giving us the keys. I'm working through Amex right now to get the invoice down to a more reasonable amount. We will never use these people again.

Very frustrating. Finally, after the locksmith got there, after doing work on the lock that they quoted for $100, they tried charging me $250 for the job despite the fact that the scope of the work hadn't changed. Even more frustrating. The actual locksmith that came out was nice enough, and he managed to get my bike lock off after about 20 minutes of work, but overall I probably would recommend looking elsewhere for lock working service
