Our guy, Tank, has spent many nights happily ensconced at The Cat's Pajamas where he enjoys spying on the comings and goings from the privacy of his own condo. Yes, we could leave him at home with a cat sitter popping by once or twice daily, but our dude is very social and gets lonely easily. Plus, he is a bit high-maintenance and Patty doesn't bat an eye at his extreme neediness. (LOL) Bottom line: Patty is a total pro. She is caring, considerate, and communicative. She keeps a close eye on her charges and intuits exactly what they need. I just can't say enough good things about her. The moment I ask, "Do you want to go to school?" my dog is up and ready, heading straight for the door. When we finally pull up, I have to brace myself because she drags me to the front door, eager to get inside. It's adorable how her whole-body wiggles like an "S" when she's excited - it never fails to make me laugh. Under the new ownership, which has been in place since 2023, Pet Companions Bed and Biscuit has only improved. The facility looks better than ever, with separate rooms for chilling out, enjoying treats, solving puzzles, and even taking nature walks with the staff. And that's just the tip of the iceberg! They don't interact with their clients at all, at the end of the day they are just telling you what you need to hear to leave them alone. The only positive thing I can say is that our puppy comes home looking happy and he is tired from playing. Edit: 3 days after posting this review, instead of reaching out to me they called and tried to bully my fiancee into changing it deleting this review. Rather than addressing the issues she just denied any problems and ended up just making my fiancee upset.
