I've told her she's so organized she should be the CEO of a Fortune 500 company, but I'm sure glad she does this instead. She taught me how to safely use a proper prong collar so I can walk my leash reactive dog without getting pulled over. My dogs love Josh, their incredibly reliable walker. We have been using Kim and her crew for daily walks for three years. It has been a pleasure. We have a very energetic terrier mix and it was important for us to find a service who did more than the average walk. Each day she is taken on a hike through the woods and always comes back happy. The walkers have always been reliable and come just about the same time every day. We have had the same ones consistently and know they take great care of our Jules. This is by far the best walks for dogs company I have ever used. Fenway (my golden doodle) has had his share of walkers from different company's. It is hard to believe that Kim has been taking care of our Artie for 5 years! I really don't have a single complaint. During the pandemic, every precaution has been taken to keep families, walkers, and of course, the dogs safe. At the same time, Wags 4 Walks has maintained a consistent schedule of walks that keeps Artie physically and socially stimulated. Kim is an amazing resource when you need advice about anything dog-related. I love how she passes on funny stories and information about Artie's walks. I can't say enough about Kim and her team, I worked most closely with Shannon, but they're all great! Kim is so caring and accommodating, she answers emails promptly and was always willing to help even if it was last minute. She would always check in with me if she had a question, concern, or even tip for my yellow lab, who at the time had arthritis and was a little slower than usual. I always knew my dog was in great hands and she never made her feel excluded for being old :) Shannon was our walker and would take my dog to playgroups, which she loved. Due to the great reviews, had to try as Biggie is a loving but sometimes anxious Chihuahua around other dogs. Biggie took to Kim immediately (dogs know when they meet genuine other dog lovers). After two weeks of walks, I saw a confidence in biggie start to emerge around other dogs. Dog parks have become a place to play and he's no longer stuck by my leg. Kim, you are masterful. Wags for walks is a wonderful service. Kim and her crew have been walking my dog for 4 years. Not only does my pup Sydney get a good walk but I feel she is really loved. Kim's staff is reliable, friendly, loving and caring. They always take the best care of Sydney and I know when I come home at the end of the day that Syd was well cared for.....I chose to do private walks because my dog needs one on one time....since my dog is 11, sometimes she can't go on a 20-30 minute walk because her hips hurt.... so Kim's staff will take her out for 10 minutes and then spend the rest of the time in the house with her giving her love and affection. Wags for walks always spends the full time with my dog, never skimps and really gives 100%. I get home after a long day and my dog is the happiest she has ever been. Kimberly, who runs Wags 4 Walks, is awesome and it's clear that she really cares about the dogs. When you first hire her, she comes over for a free consultation to meet you and your dog, get your key, find out where the dog stays during the day, etc. When she came over for our consultation she whipped out her digital camera because she just "had to take a picture" of our dog Hudson because "she's so cute!". (If you go to her site, read her story about how she left a pretty comfortable job to follow her passion for dog care and start this company - it's pretty cool.) We use her for the dog playgroup service once or twice a week. It costs $22 and it's definitely the best value around. For awhile, we were taking our pup to doggy daycare, which cost $25-$30 a day, and although she was there all day she didn't seem to be getting much exercise OR individual attention -- now Hudson gets plenty of both during Kim's hour-and-a-half long playgroup. The dogs swim and romp, and Kim always leaves a note on the kitchen counter about what they did. Sometimes she'll email me some photos while I'm at work so I can see what my dog's been up to. She keeps the play groups small and matches the dogs by size, which is nice. She serves Waltham, where I live, and I think she also offers straight up dog walking, too. I cannot give Wags 4 Walks a more glowing and positive review. They are truly wonderful!! Kim, Kelsey, and most of all Jacqui could not have been kinder and more loving to my dog, Cali. They left detailed messages after every walk/adventure describing the day's activities and gushing over Cali and their love for her (I saved many of them!). She was so happy in their care and clearly had been exercised and adored. Sadly we had to move away and in my new location, I miss the care that Cali received at Wags 4 Walks more every day! We have been using Wags for Walks for our large Old English Sheepdog for nearly 3.5 years. He loves, loves his playgroup everyday. Robin, is I think our dogs favorite person hands down (even over us!)! He will anxiously wait by the door every morning for Robin (and Shannon's) arrival and is beyond excited to head out the door on his daily adventure. I couldn't imagine life without Wags tiring out our very energetic large breed dog each day! Kim and Team are always extremely professional and courteous and they take such good care of our guy. His trips to the park each day are lengthy (sometimes he can be gone for hours!) and it's not without a lot of guilt that we leave him home each day so this eases our mind knowing he has a lot of company and gets a lot of exercise throughout the day. Robin and Shannon will always leave a quick note each day (even when I stopped writing back - kids seem to have inhibited my daily note writing) and will fill up his water bowl, thoroughly clean or towel him off when he gets in, bring packages in on your front step, etc. Such a great group of people and we are lucky to have them! Also, we get so many great photos of our dog (more than our kids at daycare, actually) - they are really good at sending a (nearly) daily email with pictures from the park and it does genuinely look like our guy is having the time of his life. read more

My family just moved to the Newton area. We were not relishing the idea of searching for a new dog walking service, since there are so many of them to search through. However, Wags 4 Walks made the transition super easy for us, with a quick consultation, accommodating scheduling, and a lot of obvious concern for the particular needs of our dog. We've used them regularly for months now for private walks for our dog. They have been 100% reliable, showing up exactly when needed, and they've also been highly communicative and responsive during periods in which we had an irregular schedule. We adopted a 2-year-old lab named Rosie and Kim has done a fantastic job of exercising her, socializing her with other dogs, and bringing out her best behavior. Kim and her team is amazing. We were lucky to have Sam take care of Henry (our french bulldog) from when he was 10 weeks old until just past his 1st birthday. He started with walks and he worked his way into playgroups which he absolutely adores. I never worried about Henry when he's in Sam's care and Kim has been nothing but phenomenal in dealing with me and my constant questions and concerns. Wags is the best! Our dog has been going with Kim and her staff for about a year now. Our family was very lucky to find Kim when our puppy was just a few months old. I have to say, it was the best thing that has happened for us and especially for Bodie! He is completely obsessed with her, if we run into her at the park he tries to leave with her instead of me! I ve seen her with her group many times on my days off at the park and all of the dogs completely adore her and it is obvious she feels the same way with them. She is wonderful with keeping us informed with pictures, text messages and emails while she has our boy for the day. I always feel comfortable if we are away and I know Bodie will be in group with Kim, she makes sure he gets of ton of exercise and most importantly love which helps us so much when we are away from him, whether it be for a day or a week. She is actually the only person besides my husband that I allow to take Bodie to the park, she has great control over him and I know he listens when she gives him a command.
