Their carrier erroneously deducted the premium for a full year. The initial comment was you'll have your money in 3-5 business days. 10 calls later I might have my money by midnight. As an insurance broker Jason could have stepped in or call me personally. I'm disappointed in his business ethics and certainly do not wish this nightmare on anyone else. Kcal insurance not only emails me to remind me. Their agent also calls me on the phone to remind me. 2. They are fast and efficient getting quotes to me on my properties. They carry a variety of the insurance companies and their pricing is very competitive. The larger the insurance agent, the more companies they are able to represent. 3. Kcal Insurance has the local feel with the national system. When I need help, I don't need to rely on having to wait for your agent to call Your back. They have a customer service phone number; every time I call a helpful representative always helps me right away. 4. When I called their phone number today an AI agent answered me in Chinese. Of course I didn't have good attitude with an AI agent and demanding to speak with a real person. The AI kindly asked what I needed, I answered it impatiently. To my surprise, the AI agent completely understood what I requested and repeated what I wanted and told me what I requested did require an actual agent and would transfer me right away. Wow. I was blown away by the Chinese AI Agent. It understood me and did not waste my time.

Outstanding, Honest, and Seamless Medicare Guidance - Nina Szutu is the Best!…read more I first went to KCAL Insurance in mid-2025 to get my mom enrolled in Medicare, and Nina was our account manager. From day one, she was exceptionally professional and worked with incredible efficiency. What set her apart was her transparency--she clearly explained the essential pros and cons of several plans she recommended. She also helped print out the essentials of multiple insurance information for us to refer to later. We selected the plan that fit my mom's needs best, and it worked out flawlessly. When my mom's specific needs shifted in 2026, and my dad also reached the point of needing Medicare enrollment, my parents went right back to Nina. Once again, she made the entire process completely smooth and frictionless. Nina is upfront and honest about how different plans operate and how representatives work with providers, giving straightforward insights into the advantages and trade-offs of every option. If you or your family need expert, reliable, and stress-free help navigating Medicare, see Nina Szutu!
