I got some rude feedback from the gentleman behind the desk but then continued to perform another balance. Unfortunately the car came back with vibration still. Prior to the new tires I did not have a shake, wobble, or vibration. I gave them a call and they said I could come in again. I started to become suspicious and spent more money for a different shop to take a look at it. Told them the situation and not to my surprise one wheel was an ounce and a half out of balance. I've got pictures of the tire on the balancer out of balance. How come Wilhelm couldn't provide this service? Were they trying to pull one over me? I don't know? And don't care at this point. I found a new shop to trust and don't have to deal with unsolicited sass from the gentleman at the counter. Hate to do this but If you don't want to do the job right then this is what you get.

They quickly diagnosed the problem (bum alternator), sped the repair so I could get back on the road as soon as possible, charged me the normal rate, and advised me to pursue a refund on the alternator, since it was still under warranty (which I successfully did, gaining back several hundred dollars).
