Should be an easy process right ? I show up and the ridenow salesman decides to try to quote me 3k more than the deal I made over the phone (bait and switch/greedy) Took me 4.5 hours to get them to match their original quote AND they refused to honor their advertisement pictures showing the saddlebags I love the bike and the Indian motorcycle rep. I shopped everywhere for new billet wheels for my Harley and found out that a lot of them are real junk. Fortunately, I was introduced to SMT by my mechanic in Phoenix and called them right away. Their website has hundreds of wheel designs in multiple finishes and it basically drove me crazy. I reached Spencer at SMT and he was amazingly helpful in narrowing down my options so I could do more online shopping. The process culminated with a visit to their sales and assembly shop and a tour of their manufacturing facility. Fortunately, I saw a wheel design in their shop in powder coated black that was absolutely perfect for my needs (it was also one of the dozen or so I tagged online). Spencer helped me place an order that day for the specific design but in the double cut black and machined finish. Amazingly helpful and impressive company - and I cannot wait to get my new wheels.
