My most recent experience with Highway 10 towing and the ownership has changed my opinion of them forever. I have used them multiple times in the past with no issue. On 1/23/2026 I had them tow my F350. The driver made a remark that he would need to secure my truck bed cover as he would be towing my vehicle backwards on the tow truck flat bed. I said "You're the expert" and left him to it. When my vehicle was dropped off, my bed cover was laid in a roll in the bed of my truck. You'll notice via the pictures that came attached to my invoice that the driver took that my vehicle was not delivered in the same condition it was picked up. The cover caught the wind during transport and is not bent and nonfunctioning. As a carpenter with tools in my truck, this is my livelihood at risk now. I reached out to Highway 10 towing to give them the chance to make it right. I got a hold of Jorge on 1/27 who said it wasn't their problem or responsibility but that he'd talk to his driver and call me back the following day. When no call came, I called again 1/29 and spoke with Jorge yet again who yet again reiterated he wasn't willing to take responsibility for the damage. I have no choice but to now waste more time in an attempt to bring them to small claims court to recoup from the damage their carelessness caused. 10/10 would NOT recommend this business. read more

My daughter had a flat tire and we called AAA for a change service. When the driver, Luis, arrived, he saw that the donut spare wouldn't fit. Rather than wash his hands of the situation (which most tow truck drivers would have done), he suggested we get a patch kit to plug the hole. When I explained that I probably wouldn't know how to do that, he offered to do it and even waited while I ran to a nearby Holiday store that had one. He fixed the flat and had her on her way in no time. You generally don't get "over and above" service much anymore these days, but Luis definitely did that for us. Kudos to him and Highway 10 for the outstanding help. read more

I had a tow truck driver come via AAA. The driver didn't want to tow my vehicle so he lied to AAA and said I cussed him out. That is a lie. I never cussed him out and was nothing but nice to him. When I called dispatch to ask why the driver told AAA I cussed him out, the dispatcher said " the driver didn't want to tow your vehicle and that's his choice" then hung up. Any company that would tell an outright lie like that just think about all the other shady things they're doing with vehicle repairs. Already submitted a compaint with AAA and will continue to share my experience with this corrupt business. read more

The guy showed up very promptly, knew what he was doing, was friendly and efficient and had me going again in no time. Note that the one-star review is from someone who never even went in, but is just butthurt because they have a sign asking you not to bring your guns. read more

Called for a tow at 12:59 told 3 hr wait. Called at 2:16 i third inline about 1 and half hours. Called at 3:54 no answer. Called at 4:13 no record of my tow. I was told thier system does not drop tows. read more

They sent out highway 10 towing..July 24th,2017.11:30 am.To transport mustang to wright tire.When mustang arrived ,wheels were smoking.Employee asked driver you didn't smell that.Driver appeared unconcerned and whatever.I called up Highway 10,talked to manager , told me to call triple A.We will be meeting at small claims court.Do not use this place people.Im a vet and know thugs when I see them...Sincerely. I've had two bad experience with this company. The last one threw me over the edge the estimate time of arrival was an hour and it took them two hours and 15 minutes. And then when they're bringing me home she told me that she had to stop at a family members house first to give them something. That's very unprofessional if he asked me. read more

I was matched with them through AAA. Initially the wait time for a tow was three hours, which I dealt with. Then they told me they were going to be an additional "couple hours" late, and they wouldn't be able to take me to the location they had been asked. I dealt with that and found a nearby auto shop for them to take my car to. They said I they could tow it without me and I could get picked up, so I did. The next day I called the shop to see when my car would be done, and they said it wasn't there. I called the towing company and they said they tried to call me (which they didn't) but they weren't able to tow my car without me there after they had told me I was OK to go. I dealt with that and started over with AAA again like they asked, which I shouldn't have had to do but I did anyways. They said to wait for the call from the towing company for a time to meet them at the car. No call for three hours. Finally they call and say they're at the car. I tell them I'm leaving right away but it's about a thirty minute drive. They say ok. I get to the car. No tow. I call them to ask where they are and they say they left and hang up on me. I call back a few more times and they hang up on me every time and say to call AAA. This is an incompetent, unfriendly business that screwed me over several times. I was way more understanding with them than I needed to be, and they screwed me. read more

Do NOT trust this company with towing!! They either have incredibly dishonest, incompetent or both people. A vehicle that was towed was damaged because of either pure laziness by the driver, or not willing or simply not knowledgeable enough to go get a flatbed when needed, even when told there were no caliper blots in the caliper and it appeared to be seized. I brought the driver to the wheel with a flashlight to make sure he understood what I was telling him. He says I never did that, when even my small child remembered it! OK, let's pretend that I am the one not telling the truth and the driver is. Now we have a tow truck driver that doesn't see all the smoke barreling out of the vehicle he is towing! Like I said they are either dishonest, incompetent or both people. I'm happy to know that AAA is now considering dropping the contract with them. They will lose way more money this way than the honest way! read more
