I look for every reason to NOT write a bad review but D**g ( I'll spare his full name) had it coming. I was one of 3 customers and the only one at the checkout at the time. Instead of taking care of his customer he precedes to ignore me and listen to his co-worker complain. Took nearly 10 seconds, which I know isn't long but that, coupled with ignoring me was just awful. I'll go back again as I won't hold his actions against the entire staff but orb was a bad experience.

I like the Wells Fargo ATM as it has no fees. They have a ton of locations an this one is convenient. The rewards program is pretty slick and you can manage your points online. I have used the car wash too and although it isn't touchless it does a good job.

I don't expect much out of gas stations (I don't think many people do), so we were both kinda floored by how NICE the interior of this gas station was. Like practically upscale fancy (for a gas station), clean and well-lit, with a decent selection of REAL food (produce, milk, eggs, etc.) in addition to the typical junk fare. I was also impressed by the tap smoothie and protein shake dispensers alongside the coffee brews and soda fountain. Bakery items were actively being discounted when we arrived, and were extremely tempting flavors like pumpkin white chocolate chip. Perhaps needless to say, we walked out with more than hubbie's cup of coffee. X'D Making your shop look nice (while staying affordable) works y'all! Honestly this trend of gas stations that TRY is refreshing; it doesn't have to feel like you're slumming it or one step above peeing on the side of the road. Next time I need a quick something, I may in fact prioritize Kwik Trip over say Holiday or Speedway. Also the employees working here were friendly and efficient. So even the help really seemed a step above the rest when it comes to gas stations. My kudos to them!

Most of the frequent customers have developed a relationship with the owners just as I have. Because they are family owned they order groceries and beverages that most corporate gas stations don't carry. Also, they always have the cheapest gas prices around. This is definitely my favorite gas station!

I just returned for getting gas and a car wash I didn't take my receipt and when I went to wash my…read morecar I called the help button and there was a voice but I could hear it. So I hit it again. Debbie or Deb the store manager came out and proceeded to berate me for not taking my receipt. She pretty much call me a liar and acted like I want to get a free car wash out of them! I call them and asked to speak to the manager she wouldn't let me talk and tell her what the problem was. She kept talking over me she didn't want to hear what I had to say. I finally had to hang up. Very rude! I'll never go back I'm calling my bank to get the car wash taken off my debit purchase. If she hasn't got better customer service than that she should not be working as a manager! I'll be contacting the owner of the station. Unacceptable behavior on her part!
