I had a good experience dealing with Hightower Managment. I was helped by Brittany and we had a very pleasant exchange. I was also fortunate enough to get into a new property which is better than most of the properties that they have. Overall I had a good experience with them. read more

I've lived here through more than six different property managers, and I can honestly say that our current manager has done more for me in just three months than any of the others ever did. From the moment she became the manager, she has been attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring about the residents and the condition of the property. One thing that really stood out to me was her helping me get new wood flooring for my apartment. She didn't just brush off my concerns--she actually listened, followed through, and made sure something was done. It's rare to come across someone in property management who actually takes pride in helping their residents and making improvements. She has made a noticeable difference in my experience living here in such a short amount of time. I truly hope the company recognizes the value she brings to this property and to the residents who live here. After having over five managers, I can confidently say that she is one of the best managers we've had ! Thank you for everything you've done for us Bree Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed! read more

I am currently renting through High Tower Management but the staff there are unprofessional , rude and seems like I'm not the only one that thinks the same. The only one that actually tried to help me is a property manager that we have named Angela Nieves shout out to her. She is considerate and resolve any issues quickly. read more

Than got up walked out the room and told her coworkers she didn't like that word but was so rude. if you have no time than why schedule appointments ? And WASTING your time is wild. please Do better , and become more professional cause it Makes you look like an ugly person. please clean up your attitude & clean Your office too while You're at it. Hightower Management - This is the mold and the leak in the bathroom.Never been fixed 3 years - Property Management Near Me - San Bernardino, California

This company is very unprofessional, lazy. I have been living in my unit three years before this management company. The location was always clean. With onsite manager. Now the trash bends are over ran, the water pressure does not work affectively. The bugs are taking over. The homeless people no fault of their own are camping out in the parking structures. Complaints go unresolved. Repairs are not completed in a timely manner, if completed or even addressed at all. People should be able to live in a safe, clean and calm environment. read more

Horrible Slum Lords. Do not rent from them!! You will regret it! Any other place is a waaaaay better option than this place. All they care about is taking your money each month and not fixing or doing anything. And the people they hire all have half a brain cell. Do Not Do It!! read more

I have referred several people to this company because of my past experience. The manager, Brandy, is wonderful! She is very efficient and capable. Very well liked and courteous in every interaction I have seen. With a high volume business, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. When service requests are made, the outcome is always satisfactory. The units are a great value! I would recommend them highly to anyone. read more

ZERO Stars if I could. I am extremely disappointed with the management company for this apartment complex. The environment here is very ghetto and unpleasant. Even the management company staff match the low standards and quality of most of their renters. Due to that fact, I am removing myself from this type of environment, and going elsewhere that does match my standards. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent living situation. read more

This is a copy of my exit letter regarding a property on Mountain View This is addressed to the highest management levels at Hightower Properties Managment, I have requested the name and number of my apartment manager Rhoda's supervisor or manager ever since I have moved into your apartment at 650 N Mountain View Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92401 in June of 2023. She has refused to provide any name or contact information every time. I asked I guess she did not want anything reported above her. It is my hope that this exit letter will some how reach someone of authority that might care what a poor work she does in terms of everything related to her job. This experience of living here these last eight months has been nothing short of horrendous. It started out with a filthy place rented to me on day one. I will include some photos. The apartment was riddled with cockroaches and black ants. There was no stove, no garbage disposal, both facets leaked, a terrible shower head, no shower curtain or even a rod to hang one on, no toilet paper holder, and paint covering windows, door knobs, and tape left all over the walls that had been painted over. Now I realize that not everything listed here are requirements by law to be provided, but basic things that most apartments would come standard with were not to be found. There was no air conditioning unit that was promised. The tub would not drain and the toilet ran continuously and when it would clog up the apartment would become flooded. I requested repairs on these items imeaditly especially on the ore serious issues, but I was ignored for weeks then moths. Finally Rhoda told me that a repair would show up at my place between 8am and 5pm one Monday. I stayed home from work and waited that entire day. No one ever showed up. This happened on three different occasions. Over one holiday weekend I could not get to an open bank to get the required casher's check or money order. I asked for one extra day as a one time exception due to my mistake in not planning better given the holiday schedule. I had never once been late before or after but I was charged a $75 fee. Ok my mistake but sometimes a little goodwill can go a long way. One time I asked Rhoda why it was taking months to repair an urgent issue like my plumbing. Her reply was that there are 200 other peopler tenants that also need serving. I said I only care about my needs and that your company should hire enough repair people to meet your tenants reasonable needs. The recycle trash been had been apparently used as a trash can by some tenants and was full of moldy trash it had not been emptied in serval months. There were now even more bugs and rodents invading the apartments located at 650 N Mountain View Ave. When I asked Rhoda for help getting this garbage picked up she would only reply saying that she was aware of the issue. I placed a complaint with the BBA, only to be yelled at and also texted by Rhoda that I was out of line for complaining. The trash was finally removed shortly there after. I began to hear animals living in the walls and ceilings in my apartment. Rhoda said that she didn't know how to address this issue. I said hire an exterminator. That never happened. The people directly above my unit would make extremely loud noises at all hours. Like elephants stomping. I asked Rhoda to please address this. She would not. This apartment is like a slum lord's place, I would like to think that this issue was isolated to just this unit, but after reading so many complaints on line, it appears to be consistent with many of your manage properties. I am giving my 30 day notice and have zero confidencethat I will be treated fairly in terms of my deposit so please take my final month's rent from that. Enclosed please find my keys, photos and many sharp objects that I have picked up in your driveway, minus five of which punctured on brand Corvette C8's tires. Sincerely read more

They let property managers coming in and out of your home unannounced no notices are given which is ILLEGAL. This management company is shady and they're probably illegal themselves as a company. They paint right over mold and get nothing in your home repaired PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS. read more

if I can leave zero stars, I would. there's a manager that live in the apartments and he constantly beats on his girlfriend... everyone in the apartments here it all the time the police was called several times. these apartments are roach infested, it's winter time and our heaters don't even come on they don't work let me not forget to mention the water comes out brown majority of the time, you should see the swimming pool it looks like a swamp. we all complain to management and once again, they do nothing about it. they keep changing their name of the apartments. I don't understand how they keep getting away with this, but I reached out to code enforcement and the city. These apartments are terrible and unlivable. when you call the office, the people inside the office is very unprofessional and barely speak English. read more

This place is a joke. The on site manager who they employ here, Ivonne is rude, talks profanity all the time in front of children. Also i have tried to have a conversation with her, and she smells like alcohol. We have no lights on at night in the front or back of the bldg. She sucks! She has no P. R. Skills whatsoever. I've complained to Hightower about her, along with a lot of other residents that have complained too, but they don't do anything. She screams and yells at people, for no reason, and thinks she is better than everyone else. No one here can stand her. For what reason would you not turn on the outside lights for tenants to see? She is not a good manager and we want her gone. read more

The worst of the worst!!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF from this hell whole. I was recently assaulted and my rights were violated by Isabel Palomino, she claims to be a property manager. I doubt she even has her license for such position. I, from experience as a property manager know that you are not supposed to treat your tenants the way she did. She broke into my apartment, yes my name is not on the lease but my ex bf tried to add me countless times and no one cared until the rent was late, due to the fact that my ex bf abused me and I he is now detained. I have a d.v advocate who assured me of my rights, I shower Ms. Palomino prior to the non stop harassment, I obtained the documents needed to ensure my safety and so that the management can have it on file, well ms. Palomino took it along herself to snag my papers out of my hands she then rushed me into my apartment, I was able to shut the door and she then broke in with a hammer that was on my porch from that day of bringing my stuff from storage. Basically the worse management in San Bernardino. I do not feel safe what so ever, and I'm working on my relocation with the San Bernardino county sheriff's department. Definitely looking into a civil lawsuit as I was the one who was arrested and booked for defending myself. All while Ms. Palomino having no idea that I document everything read more
