The owner confirmed receipt of the work the same day via text message, and the website went into active use on their domain. After accepting the work, the business filed a payment chargeback through Stripe and was awarded the $1,500 back. The website I built remains in active use on their domain at the time of this review, with only the bottom-of-footer attribution swapped to a different vendor's branding. I would caution any vendor, contractor, or service provider considering taking on work for this business: verify all payments are fully cleared and chargeback windows have closed before delivering any product, design, or service.

I knew the manufacturer warranty is 5 years, but I had read my builder warranty and it said two years through them (which expired just a month ago). His insistence made me go ahead and call my builder while he was chasing down the leak. Sure enough, they said they'll take care of it through the vendor. Daniel's trip out here still wasn't cheap, but this company obviously isn't out to make a buck that isn't honest. I tried to call them in 2025 to schedule service and left several messages at two phone numbers, one for the original company (Robert-713-932-7779) and the other was Bob's phone (832-693-1000). I never received a return call from either person. I tried again earlier this week (6-23-26) and left a message at the company phone number. I also sent a text to 832-693-1002 requesting a return text or call. I also called Bob at 832-693-1000 on 6-24-26 and left a message. On 6-24-26, I actually saw Bob Burnett driving in his company truck and pulled along side and got his attention and talked through our truck windows about how I was calling him and leaving messages to contact me about a service call. He said he was sorry, but made no attempt to pull over and discuss my air conditioner. He never did return my phone calls or text message. We always let them do what they needed to do to keep our systems working and let them replace our units with their preferred equipment and never questioned their fees and paid in full at the completion of their work. We spent over $30,000 over the years with their company. I have come to the conclusion that he does not want to work on our air conditioners anymore, so I have found someone new. I will never call Burnett A/C again.
