He was super professional, he did a great job overall; however, we had pet stains and odor on the area rug and it still smells. I had to drag it into my garage over night to finish drying because it was still wet 4 hours after the cleaning was done. The playroom remains wet so I have fans going to try and get the carpet to dry. It still smells a little in there but I think once dry it'll be better. Overall I am happy with the way my area rug looks and the fact that the playroom is clean but the smell bothers me and also how long it is taking to dry.

My sweet Labrador tore the side of an expensive rug of mine to shreds. The rug had been a housewarming gift from my mother, and I was in tears over the seemingly irreparable damage. Mastiff just delivered my rug back to my house (delivery being another great service they offer) and it looks PERFECT. I am honestly in shock that I can't tell Murphy ever sunk his teeth into it. The fellas at R&R were able to get out the stains, the smell, the dirt, the dust, the dog hair - the carpet looked and smelled great. Plus, they did it in record time. The *only* issue I had with the company was trying to schedule my appointment. I left a few messages on the machine before anyone ever got back to me days later. I emailed them as well. And even after that, we were playing phone tag with each other until *finally* I was able to talk to someone over the phone - that took almost a week. My guess is that they are incredibly small staffed, and with the Groupon deal that went out, they were overwhelmed. Hopefully in the future they'll get their calls routed over to a cell phone - at least during regular business hours - and especially since they claim to handle 24 hour emergencies. After my regular place let me down by canceling my appointment at the last minute and another place hanging up on me and everyone else being booked or closed in Sunday I was in a real bind. I called R&R Steam Clean and talked to Nathan, he was able to come out in an hours time, in fact he was actually 15 minutes early. He gave me a real reasonable base price and I was able to add a few extra rooms at little charge and was still be well within my budget. I am very impressed and greatful that a place can come to my home at the last minute on a Sunday to steam clean my whole house at a very reasonable rate when everyone else let me down. Needless to say, but R&R Steam Clean is my new regular carpet cleaner now.
