    Old fashioned and the maverick

This is a super laid back place to enjoy a drink and relax out on the patio. You can order a drink in the Yurt and pick your own seat/table then relax with friends. They had Jenga and cornhole. Plenty of seating on a Saturday night. The snacks menu closes at 8PM. We ordered four drinks and the only one I wouldn't order again was the Old fashioned. It was fine, but just didn't hold a candle to their other ones. Provence lemon lavender cooler, the maverick, and the redstone were all delicious and spectacular cocktails. That is in order of least favorite to the best one in our opinion... but you can't go wrong with any.

Beautiful outdoor area to relax and have a drink! When we visited the place there was a taco truck available for food purchase! All drinks are a must try! Staff was amazing and helpful In deciding what drink best accommodates your taste buds! Complimentary pretzels and water available.

The cutest place in the valley! Outdoor space is amazing. Can't wait to return when they have live music. Bartender was friendly. They have about 8 of each vodka and gin drinks. Range from $7-10 each. They offered free bar snacks too which was a cute touch. Lots of lavender items for sale inside along with Highlands Distillery hats!

Complimentary Lava Seats to keep your bum warm and fire pits while imbibing outdoors in below freezing weather. So comfortable!

Fantastic customer service from the friendly gal in sales at the window, to the pleasant young man who made our fire, and the young lady delivering my warm purple ube delight. What an amazing, creative, and delicious concoction! The hubs had their rye whiskey and it's fabulous. Have a bottle coming home with us. The ambiance is cozy, comfy, warm...even in 26° weather. They offer complimentary "Lava" seat warmers and of course a perfect fire in a variety of pits avail, should you so choose. They are very dog friendly, offering water and treats complimentary. What more can we ask for? Very memorable. We come to Grand Junction from time to time for work. This will easily become a staple.

This would rank #1 on my "things to do" in Grand Junction. Great cocktails with excellent balance, fun atmosphere, and plenty of perfect photo opportunities for the IG-obsessed. There's also a small retail shop offering lavender-infused products. Ample seating for dates or large groups. Drinks are on tap which is unique. I was suspicious and feared they may lack complexity and refinement one might expect at a distillery showcasing their spirits. However, the drinks were exceptionally balanced. Their take on the Moscow mule was excellently layered between the muddled mint, rosemary garnish, cucumber, lime, and ginger beer (with just the right amount of bite without burning your nostrils). It's a 10-15 minute drive from the downtown area, but well worth a visit. Tip: dog friendly; they offer water bowls and free homemade dog treats.

A great place to go and read a book or hang out with friends! I was in town visiting a friend and we went here to read a book for a while. Lots of seating options, great amounts of shade for the hot, summer weather & their drinks are really pretty. I wish there was a bit more variety of drinks, but the one I chose was pretty good. They do let you sample drinks too so that is helpful!

Theses drinks are fantastic... like best ever! This is the perfect place to show off grand junctions Beauty and quaintness to out of town friends & they have a lavender shop attached in the front with dried flowers, soaps, salts, candles and more! I have gone many time but this particular time felt so special to sit around a fire and share stories with drinks (and friends). Also dog friendly which is a major plus!

That's a pretty cocktail! The confluence!

Wow! What a great addition to Grand Junction! A thoughtful family run concept. The mom started a lavender farm years ago and sells human and puppy products (see pics for what we bought for our pup). Then it turns into a distillery in the afternoon! We had the Moscow mule (so refreshing!) and The Confluence. We loved them both and especially appreciated that they weren't too sweet!!! We had to leave right as trivia was starting but we will be back. :)

Very relaxed ambiance. Warm and inviting. Friendly service. The handmade artisanal cocktails take a few minutes, but are well worth it. Plus, there are great gifts available from the lavender farm. Surprisingly the gin is smoother than the vodka but all the drinks were very tasty. We tried a couple drinks each; the confluence, the Maverick were the favorites.

You know those amazing Bloody Mary's you see on social, or you hear about, with a whole meal…read morebalanced on sticks when brought out... well, I've always wanted to see one in "real life" and have one. Lucky for me, looking for a brunch spot before wine tasting tour of the area, we found Clark & Co's Distillery. One of the first images that came up, when looking it up was their Bloody Mary, and we were sold! Came in as they were opening so got our pick of where to sit. They have table, and a long bar-style area looking the water. That's where we decided to sit. Peaceful view, distillery dog welcoming everyone that came in, loved it! Put in our order, we decided to share it as, it looked like a full meal, and glad we did. It came with the most delicious roasted peppers I've had in a while (could have eaten more of those), beef sliders, mac n cheese bites, olives, bacon, and okra. The Bloody Mary was really good too, spicy enough to give you that kick, and salty as it should be. And the faces of everyone seeing it come out, plus the pictures we were able to take of it were just the best. I can check that off my list of "To Dos" now and recommend everyone giving it a try. As we thought we got full with that, but looking at other people's food, everything looked great. One done, we went inside and looked at some merch, plus got to buy some of their distillery gin, and take some pictures with their beautiful peach blossoms. Great place to relax, and enjoy good food and drinks with friendly service, and a friendly (host) dog.

We had not been to Storm King before but had driven by frequently and wanted to check it out. My partner surprised me by securing reservations to their monthly cocktail making class - very cute date night idea btw. The theme for this night was 'Sips & Dips' which consisted of 3 cocktails paired with some type of dip food item to snack on. The menu covered a nice variety of flavors/styles so there was definitely something for all preferences. Each drink was centered around a different spirit which was nice as well. We were very impressed with the quality, presentation, and easy to follow instruction. This was truly a 10/10 experience. We are already looking forward to attending another!

The bartenders were friendly, knowledgeable, and cared not only about the drink they were making but also about their craft. Being from out of town, we enjoyed hearing stories about the local history and upcoming events. Storm King Distilling offers a rye whiskey, a wheat whiskey, and a "fun" whisky called Side Gig. They also make a white tequila, a tequila aged in oak casks, a silver rum, a vodka, and two types of gin. That night, I tried both gins. My favorite was the barrel-rested gin. It had a nice smoky flavor due to resting in oak barrels that were freshly charred.
