I had a pretty straightforward job: nail-down carpet in a bedroom that had built up a lot of pet hair over the past year or so from my cat. They mentioned up front that pet hair can be tough to remove, so I kept expectations realistic. The tech showed up right on time, set up quickly, and had everything done within 30-45 minutes. Told me to give it about 24 hours before moving furniture back in (besides the bed), and when it dried and wow. Carpet looked brand new.
