HUGE MISTAKE. $50 for ONE pepperoni pizza, ONE order of jalapeño poppers and this SLOPPY mess that is supposed to be buffalo chicken fries. The chicken is the same quality and flavor as the garbage chicken that comes in a cheap bagged salad from the grocery store. Along with just hot sauce and mozzarella cheese on top of soggy wet fries. On top of the fact that the food is TRASH, I asked the woman on the phone to please have the delivery driver bring my food up to the 3rd floor where I live. SHE SAID YES THAT WAS FINE. Mind you, I PAID FOR DELIVERY and TIP for this service. Instead of doing what I asked and PAID FOR, the delivery driver called AND texted me saying "I have your food outside." He chose not to bring my food to the third floor out of laziness. He made me go downstairs to get my food AND he had no idea whether I was elderly or handicapped, Which I should not have to specify! I am still in complete disbelief with this entire experience. I have never been so disappointed or received such UNPROFESSIONAL, CARELESS and HORRIBLE service in my life.
