I just had the worst experience at Puzza Time in Fall River. I asked for a small light on top chicken and bacon canzone with barbecue sauce on the bottom instead of pizza sauce. I get a burnt canzone withe the sauce on the side. I complain and was told any lighter it be raw. Thats a lie cause I get canzone made the way I ask all the time in New Bedford for alot Cheaper. I threw it ot and im out $17.00. Worst money ever spent . I get better in New Bedford for $13.00. Never recommend them. Gross read more

I called her and placed an order at 12pm it was at my house in less than 20 minutes! piping HOTTTT it was great pizza. The delivery person was cleaning looking and polite, he didnt even slam our downstairs door when he left! will def eat here again! I approve this message. Delicious pizza, and they were awesome. It's probably 100 degrees out today and I had absolutely no intention of cooking or even going out to pick up an item. Apparently it's hard to get people to deliver to you if you're more than 1 mile away--it's really irritating. I live less than 2 miles from this place. They initially said they couldn't deliver to me even though I'm literally 1.6 miles away, so frustrated I said that's fine I'll go with another place. They called me back about 2mins later and she said they would deliver--win!! I ordered a pepperoni and feta for the hubby and a mushroom and bacon for me, apparently when you order 2 large pizzas you get a free cheese pizza--win!! Both pizzas were delicious--and surprise!! We both agreed that the pizza was awesome!! I really liked that the bacon on my pizza consisted of more than just teeny tiny little bacon bits, which is what most places do. If I could give no Stars I would. I am Not from the area and wanted an Italian hoagie. What they call an Italian hoagie is NOT. Adding provolone cheese, some crap Salami, Bologna (or if they call it ham) does not make an Italian hoagie. Extremely disappointed in the service provided. I ordered a large pizza half pepperoni half bacon and they charged me for a two-topping pizza without even telling me that they were going to do so. when I questioned them on it they said that's how we do things. I ordered a chicken salad sub and onion rings and it took them over an hour to deliver. I did not order at a busy time of day either, 3:30pm. It doesn't take that long to slap some chicken salad on a roll and fry up some onion rings. There was a scant amount of chicken salad on the roll, it was mostly bread, banana peppers and brown lettuce. It didn't taste good either. I will not order from here again. I like this place. They have pretty good food and have been consistent with that each time I order. The only downfall I have found for this place is that it's a little pricey. For a plain (no chicken added) Greek salad I paid $7.22. That's not horrible but I have found other places in this city with cheaper plain Greek salads. Everything else is also a little over average on pricing. But, it was good; (pita bread was a tad dry). For weeks I had been craving a simple pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. Something that simple is very easy to screw up. Especially in Fall River. Not because the pizza places here are bad, but because there are so so many to choose from and some, well, ARE bad. Yelp helped me find Pizza Time and I think I just liked the name at first because it WAS Pizza Time. I don't really understand how my order came out to as much as it did. Maybe taxes. They didn't give me a total or anything. I got a large pizza with extra cheese and an order of spicy fries. I honestly think they even gave me normal fries. None of this mattered. The pizza was so good. SO SO much what I was dreaming of and hoping for. Excellent. Just.. a perfect pepperoni pizza. Greasy in the kind of delicious way you want your extra cheese pizza to be just a tiny bit greasy, flavorful, cheesy, and the pepperoni was perfectly crisped. I am so satisfied. 4 stars, obviously, because there was no total and like I said, prettttyyyy sure they gave me the wrong kind of fries. I will definitely order again. read more
