DONT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY DISAPPOINTMENT!! Tonight I spent $50 on a food delivery from Dave's. HUGE MISTAKE. $50 for ONE pepperoni pizza, ONE order of jalapeño poppers and this SLOPPY mess that is supposed to be buffalo chicken fries. The chicken is the same quality and flavor as the garbage chicken that comes in a cheap bagged salad from the grocery store. Along with just hot sauce and mozzarella cheese on top of soggy wet fries. On top of the fact that the food is TRASH, I asked the woman on the phone to please have the delivery driver bring my food up to the 3rd floor where I live. SHE SAID YES THAT WAS FINE. Mind you, I PAID FOR DELIVERY and TIP for this service. Instead of doing what I asked and PAID FOR, the delivery driver called AND texted me saying "I have your food outside." He chose not to bring my food to the third floor out of laziness. He made me go downstairs to get my food AND he had no idea whether I was elderly or handicapped, Which I should not have to specify! I am still in complete disbelief with this entire experience. I have never been so disappointed or received such UNPROFESSIONAL, CARELESS and HORRIBLE service in my life. Ordered a pizza this evening, they told me it would arrive in 45 minutes. After an hour went by I called them again telling them I was still waiting for my pizza. When the pizza arrived it was stone cold as though it had been sitting there for an hour. And it wasn't a chicken margarita that I ordered, but a regular margarita. However, it took a long time to get delivery. we ordered a small calzone, a small pizza and an order of french fries and it cost $43. I'm sorry, but almost 6 dollars for a side of french fries is obscene. the calzone we ordered wasn't cooked all the way, and still had raw dough on the inside. The bottom was soggy and wet. The pizza dough was tasty, but the rest was lacking in flavor. I would not recommend this place, nor will we order again. read more

Opted for delivery as I wasn't feeling well. Pleasant girl said they were busy and that 1 pizza, 1 calzone, 1 garlic bread would be 45-hour. We said "ok" At 72 minutes, we called to make sure everything was fine and same girl said our food was waiting there, but they were waiting for the driver to return ..uh, ok We received our order 1 hour 37 minutes after ordering, driver ran to door and apologized. 1) Don't quote 45-60 minutes when you know you can't deliver 2) as pictured, our pizza suddenly became a calzone, order nit correct 3) I had to turn my oven on to reheat cold food that clearly was made when ordering but sat. 4) We called to complain and an Indian gentleman said "Hey, we're busy!! I can make you the correct order" which we said "Forget it" as we have work in the morning and can't wait up a few more hours for cold food. 2018 update Do NOT order the buffalo chicken fries. I decided to come back and give them another chance, only to be disappointed again: - about 1/4 of the Potato/fries were undercooked, leaving an undesired raw potato taste and texture - There is a mountain of fries but barely any chicken. - The fries, under the cheese, was smothered/over saturated in salty buffalo sauce. It was just too much. I ate the fries near the cheese and threw the rest away. I think less fries and more chicken would help more with even cooking and making it feel like there is chicken with the buffalo chicken fries. This seems like "clickbait". They should call the dish buffalo fries and cheese. Take it easy on the sauce. Also, consider layering cheese with the fries and sauce. The cheese breaks up the saltiness of the sauce. ---- 2017 review below Pizza menu items are too expensive for those who live alone so I only order the buffalo chicken fries and sometimes the cinnamon knots. I've ordered delivery before and I always feel like it takes 30+ minutes to get to my house. I just don't get delivery anymore. Sad but true. We can't vouch for the pizza just yet, but we can tell you that the grinders are amazing! I called in an order Thursday night for a small Portuguese steak grinder and a large chicken parmesan grinder. I was told twenty minutes. I did have to wait as other patrons have mentioned for an extra fifteen minutes. It seems this is the trend to have to wait, so I'll have to account for that the next time I go. The grinders stayed hot until I got them home. And wow were they delicious! The Portuguese steak one was indeed messy but oh so delicious, I highly recommend! And my husband loved his chicken parmesan one. We will be back again. Il start by saying there pizzas are very good. The garlic knots bomb. But had the chicken Mozambique fries had no Mozambique sauce which was so disappointing very bland. My son had chicken park sandwich and said that the cheese and sauce was good but the chicken was so plain and no flavor. The buffalo wings are also hood and crispy buy sucks when they forget the blue cheese. A bit pricey but popular local spot for creative pizzas I had to change to two stars because there service absolutely sucks. Highland has been dethroned in Fall River. Here's why: 1. Dave's does a really good Italian/New York style pie. The ingredients are fresh and the crust is perfect. 2. Dave's delivers. It sometimes takes a while, but I've never had a cold pizza. 3. Dave's takes credit cards through on-line ordering like a normal company in 2016. 4. The service people are really friendly and accommodating. Highland makes really good Greek style pizza. But they only take cash and don't deliver. Some may like this old school approach, but I'll be ordering Dave's over them pretty much all the time now because of their archaic business practices and tepid customer service. read more

Unreal! I heard this pizza place was amazing and thought "how good could a pizza place really be?" But now I know. The Portuguese Steak pizza is unreal. The owner Dave invented this creation which has Portuguese sauce, Portuguese steak, French fries, Portuguese peppers and cheese. It's amazing. Id also recommend Dave's take on buffalo chicken pizza which has more like buffalo chicken dip on a pizza. Amazing. We also tried steak and cheeks and chorizo pizza.
