Usually I love ordering from this place especially because the foods always a great quality, but I ordered last night and the meat was totally rotten in my antipasto salad. And I'm not trying to be on here bashing a restaurant but I'm sorry there's no way that the smell of rancid meat wasn't noticeable. I just feel that the quality wasn't the greatest and the lack of the ability to notice that is not okay because if that's not noticed I wonder what else has gone unnoticed. If you're looking for inconsistent quality time after time you found your place. I live down Robison St. and order maybe 3-4 times a month on and off for over 5 years. Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. I really like their salads and although no one in my family likes their food, I always seem to convince them this time will be different. Although, I am always wrong, I found a way to forgive them or even blame myself. "Did I even ask for chicken on my salad?!?... Maybe I never said no onion on the sandwich?!?". I always look forward to their salads but there seems to be a disconnect from ordering over the phone or ordering from their "online order" option. Looking back at my rocky relationship, I should have noticed the signs... odd meal descriptions, lack of customizable options, website template verbiage not removed before being published, but I am ordering a salad not interviewing a web designer. The first time we used their online order platform a few years back, we received a call telling us something we ordered didn't exist. After explaining that we ordered it off of their website they proceeded to asked us how to make it. We found that weird and we cancelled our order just to be safe. Fast forward to the easy breezy year of 2020, and New England Pizza was the only place I got delivery from. "Maybe they got a grip on their online ordering" I thought to myself. I was wrong. Out of the 10 food orders I placed they had a 70% accuracy rating. I can overlook a few mistakes, but nothing made sense. One week salads came with cheese, the next they didn't. Sometimes you would get a normal amount of meat, other times 4 pieces. Order a grilled chicken salad online and the next thing you know there's a plop of chicken salad on a bed of lettuce at your door step. I can't live like that. I know what you're thinking. Okay Karen, you clearly have an issue with the online ordering option so just call...well I do. It isn't any better. Last time I called they had no idea what a gyro was, I thought, "wow! Embarrassing, i'm saying it wrong" so I said it as a true Grecian would and even spelled it out. They still had no clue what I was asking for. What is worse is the way that they rush you off the phone before you can plead with them to take your credit card number. I just want consistency! I need it. I've had the pizza it's good. read more

I usually get this so I'm not an expert on other dishes but I've also had their Chourico pizza which is very good and Their buffalo chicken tenders have good hot sauce on them! I order from here all the time and lately I have had nothing but issues they sent me my mozzarella sticks with the sauce in the container dumped all over my food so they were soggy and disgusting.then they serve me a pizza with no cheese on half of it apparently after they cooked it they decided to tip it and all the cheese flowed to one side and they decided to serve it to me like that. I am so disgusted to be quite honest I am irate they're lucky I don't go up there and throw their food right back in their face. In the past I've great experiences with this place. However my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. We ordered two large cheese pizzas and when we got them they looked great. They tasted a little funny, we thought they might have changed their sauce. WRONG. We have been sick all night, and most of the day today. When we called to say something to them we were struck with a very rude and defensive attitude. "Well it must have been from something else you ate, everything we serve is fresh." Yesterday all I had to eat was their pizza, so I'm sorry but it is literally impossible that anything else made me sick. A simply apology would have been enough. You should definitely think twice about ordering from here. And if you get sick, don't expect anything from them. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them anytime soon. read more

So we ordered Dominos instead, then we get 3 phone calls from New England Pizza saying we ordered a pizza and they were at some random address and couldn't find us or something stupid like that, and I informed them multiple times that I did not order a pizza and they must have taken the wrong phone # from their caller ID. They were also looking for a woman which I am clearly not so there's the first clue they had the wrong person. They told me they were taking my number down as someone who can't order pizza from them, which is just fine because I'll never order from them anyway. They're a joke. read more
