DONT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY DISAPPOINTMENT!!…read more Tonight I spent $50 on a food delivery from Dave's. HUGE MISTAKE. $50 for ONE pepperoni pizza, ONE order of jalapeño poppers and this SLOPPY mess that is supposed to be buffalo chicken fries. The chicken is the same quality and flavor as the garbage chicken that comes in a cheap bagged salad from the grocery store. Along with just hot sauce and mozzarella cheese on top of soggy wet fries. On top of the fact that the food is TRASH, I asked the woman on the phone to please have the delivery driver bring my food up to the 3rd floor where I live. SHE SAID YES THAT WAS FINE. Mind you, I PAID FOR DELIVERY and TIP for this service. Instead of doing what I asked and PAID FOR, the delivery driver called AND texted me saying "I have your food outside." He chose not to bring my food to the third floor out of laziness. He made me go downstairs to get my food AND he had no idea whether I was elderly or handicapped, Which I should not have to specify! I am still in complete disbelief with this entire experience. I have never been so disappointed or received such UNPROFESSIONAL, CARELESS and HORRIBLE service in my life. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! I am attaching the picture that I took of the mushy nasty fries.

We chose a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza, a Cesar salad, and some drinks from the cooler. Our pizzas were really good - plentiful toppings and great flavor. The Cesar salad was brought to us in a plastic take out container, with the dressing on the side, and it included a good sized piece of soft Italian bread. My daughter enjoyed the salad, and the bread was a nice extra. I've heard good things about the Fish & Chips here, and will be back soon to try them! One last thing to add is that the seating area is small, but well decorated, and as they seem to do a lot more take out than eat in (at least at the time we visited) we had no problem getting seats.

After reading months of mixed reviews of Pine House Kitchen & Bar, my friend and I decided to give…read moreit a try. We walked in just after 8 on a Friday night and were greeted by two very friendly young women at the host stand. We opted to sit at a high top table in the lively bar area. Every seat at the bar was taken. Our server was friendly and attentive, and brought our drinks, $8 for a Sam Adams seasonal draft, and $15 for a Bulleit Bourbon Old Fashioned cocktail (which was mixed well and nicely presented, sans the anticipated Luxardo cherry). My friend ordered the Fondue Burger with truffle fries. The burger was cooked perfectly (medium) and smothered with a delicious cheese sauce sprinkled with fresh bacon crumbles - decadent and delicious. The fries are thin and crispy (the best way) and served in one of those cute little metal baskets with just the right amount of truffle. I had the salmon rice bowl which was better than I expected it to be. The fish was fresh and cooked nicely, (medium, although it could have been taken off heat a minute or two earlier, but not what I consider 'overcooked' by any means), and sat atop some very delicious coconut jasmine rice. The bowl also had a heap of zingy red onions, thinly sliced perfectly ripe avocado, a yummy mango salsa, and was drizzled with a very nice cilantro crema. Perfection. I ate the whole thing, felt a bit overstuffed and unable to taste the burger (next time!) I am very happy to report that Pine House Kitchen & Bar got four thumbs up from us, and I look forward to visiting again with family and friends.

Not soggy in the least! This time we got buffalo wings and fries. The fries were crispy and delicious. The wings were not a traditional messy wing, they were more of a seasoned fried wing. Everything was ready when we arrived, after ordering as we walked out the door, so they are definitely on top of their game! It's also nice that they have a parking lot. We were here last night with a party of 17 for a birthday celebration. We had a 7:30 reservation…read moreand weren't seated until about 7:45, which wasn't a huge deal. Unfortunately, that's where things started going downhill. It took 30 minutes before anyone even took our drink orders. During that time we weren't offered water, bread, or asked if we had any questions. Drinks, which were just water and soft drinks, took another 15 minutes to arrive. Around 8:45 our server finally came to take our food order and told us the kitchen had asked her to wait before putting it in. By that point, one person in our group had already left to get Wendy's because he was tired of waiting. Once we finally ordered, there were still no drink refills. We asked for waters for the table and were brought five glasses with, "I have five waters, who wants one?" We had 17 people. It was just kind of unbelievable. Our food didn't come out until almost two hours after we arrived. By then everyone was hungry and thirsty. There were two kids in our group, and it would have been nice if their meals had at least come out earlier. Or bring us bread or something to hold us over. We also had to ask for salt and pepper because there wasn't any on the table. They brought one set for all 17 of us. We asked for another and eventually got one more set. I understand large parties can be challenging, but if the restaurant can't handle a reservation that size, it probably shouldn't accept it. The one positive was our server. She was very nice and seemed to be doing the best she could. I really wish I could say the food made up for the wait, but it was just average. Nothing was bad, but nothing was memorable either. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience.
