I must start this review with the admittance that I have been ordering here since they first opened. Very unhappy, was a long time customer before I had interactions with an employee and a manager. Ordered online at 4:42, over half of the food came incorrectly around 5:40, called to let them know and waited for the new food. At 6:32 the correct food hadn't showed up so I called to see what was going on and the female employee was rude and said he already left and was on his way. 7:00 the remade food arrives COLD. The correct half of my order was almost an hour and a half old and needed to be rewarmed and the new food sat for at least a half hour. Called to ask for a refund, and to say the manager has terrible customer service is an understatement. The manager said it was busy but only would offer a refund IF he could send his driver back to my house to take the new pizza back that we touched to feel the temp, which makes me wonder if he took my pizza back from whoever got my wrong order and delivered it to us instead of remaking it since it was clearly cold. He acknowledged we were consistent, well paying customers but the call ultimately ended with him hanging up on us after only offering a very unsanitary solution. The manager was extremely abrasive and unapologetic and wanted to take back food during a pandemic, instead of telling us to throw it out. He said the Board of Health told him it was fine to take food back during Covid, even though there was no return policy posted in the confirmation e-mail. He offered to give us the Board of Health's phone number but then wouldn't give it to us when we said we had a pen ready. Just lost a regular customer due to the 2 hour and 20 minute wait for cold food and a horrible attitude. After reading other reviews, I can tell this isn't the first time they have acted like this or done something unsanitary. Why be in the business of hospitality if refusing to refund an unhappy customer is more important than consistent business? read more

Oh My Goodness this place is the spot. I just moved to Fall River like 2 months ago and you know how moving goes for the first couple of days your eating take out. My husband and I live around the corner from this place so we decided to check out this local dig. The service was amazing greeted with a smile, was helped by the staff to select a calzone which was by far one of the best calzones me and my husband have ever had( honestly now when I order calzones from other spots I rate them in comparison to Eastern).
