Mozzarella sticks were chewy and bland with way too much breading. I'm sure these are store bought so just buy a better brand to throw in the fryer. The steak and cheese sub was ok bread tasted good but steak was on the chewy side. We ordered the Kostas special pizza which was loaded with toppings; Doesn't matter if the pizza is not good. The spinach was slimy so it was like slurping down a booger and thank god for the banana peppers or this gourmet pizza would have bee totally bland. I will never go here again after the appauling behavior of the owner screaming at another woman who appeared to be a patron! She was cursing and being so insulting and rude. There were 2 men in the back who should have came up front and taken my order but they were just stood there.....unbelievable. I ended up walking out when the police were called to the scene. So this is the second time I ordered Eastern Pizza. I ordered a sliced tomato and feta well done pizza with my sister one night, it was tasty! The dough was nice and crunchy, the sauce was good, the tomato seemed fresh! But today I'm very disappointed. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza (ham and pineapple) well done and an antipasto with no onions and add feta cheese with extra pita bread! The salad was like a house salad, no feta and only two pieces of pita and the worst part they only filled the dressing container half way! Hey I didn't pay half price ! Why am I getting half my order?? Not cool, when I called back all they said was "sorry" I even said its ok don't bring me what you forgot but I don't even think they got the hint! Pizza was okay... Not really impressed with the Hawaiian at all... I don't think I'll be ordering from them anytime soon. When you order take out you know your going to wait awhile which is fine but try not to get the order wrong that just makes the whole situation SUCK! Also asked them 3 times to send a menu (thinking I'd actually use it again) they forgot that too.. But it's ok I don't think I'll need one. The only person who made out tonight was the delivery guy. Tipped him well thinking that i'd be a returning costumer. Unprofessional and bad business to just say sorry and not offer to fix the issue! I'm good. Waste of $20 .. I ordered from this place for the first time today. I got the eastern special pizza and it was so big I could only eat one slice. I mean this pizza was packed with toppings. Ordered a Large cold Roast Beef sub, specifically told the person taking the order to make sure that the roast beef was fresh and had not been frozen (It is easy to taste the difference). got my order and there is was a mixture of fresh and previously frozen, had no taste. This is the second time that this has happened to me and it will be the last. The pizza is pretty good here. Out of most of the shops in the area I have tried, they are right up there. The ingredients taste real and fresh! The subs are pretty good, I tried the steak and cheese and did not have a pound of salt in it like daves pizza does, so that was appreciated! I would really give these guys a try. We usually order delivery from them for lunch during work so we have a limited time...The past few times we have ordered have been quite good, which is why we continue to order. However today they absolutely butchered our order! When we called to have it corrected, they were so rude! Terrible customer service. When they brought the correct food, they asked for the food they had previously delivered back... were they going to serve it to someone else? I was so excited, when they first open, food was general good and was fresh. As you just read,I state everything in past tense. The food now is flavorless and Spiceless. I don't mind spending money ,if I'm getting good food. Frozen but you can't cut cost on food. Their prices are high for mediocre. The staff are courteous, but you can see something definitely wrong. I ordered a salad on their website for delivery and when it prompted what time I requested it for 11:45 am. At 11:55 am I called to see where the order was and was told that it would be delivered "soon" and that when I put that I wanted it for 11:45am that means that they don't start making it till 11:45 am. So at 12:25 when it still wasn't delivered I called again and was told it would be delivered in 5 minutes. At 12:32 after my work lunch was over I called again and asked for my order to be cancelled, I did not receive a confirmation of the refund so I called back again to speak to a manager. At this point instead of apologizing for this inconvenience the OWNER yelled at me repeatedly and wouldn't give me a confirmation that the order would be refunded without my credit card information. After I explained that her website was misleading as far as order times she stopped speaking with me and gave the phone to an employee to speak to me who said he would text me the receipt of refund. They give huge portions at a fraction of what if would cost for somewhere like piezonis. The owners are all family son mom and dad.
