We tried the salmon and cream cheese bagel with capers yesterday for lunch and they were great. My husband preferred the jalapeño cheddar bagel, while I was happy with the everything bagel. It was Black Bing cherry juice which she may have thought of when I had a gout attack with her years ago. It's hard to say for sure but it was a good experience. I didn't want the juice to be too sweet and sugary but it wasn't and it had a good tartness to it. I don't know how long this place has been around but I don't remember coming across it during my adventures to Estes Park. I could have missed it... that is certainly possible as there is a lot to take in foe the tourists in this town. *Update* This shop is at the Stanley Hotel which explains why I haven't seen it...I have only been to that hotel once! Even then I don't remember it.
