I don't have a lot of dry cleaning needs these days. I only needed a brand new dress shirt pressed. The shirt didn't come out perfect - a stain that wasn't there before (brand new, never worn dress shirt) and there was a crease across the breast pocket. Impressively, they made it right without question. Comped the cost and had me the shirt in perfect condition the next day. What's important they made it right. Will definitely use them in the future.

When I came in with an aged light blue suit coat, instead of taking my money, he gave me the option of taking it home and trying certain things myself before I paid to have them do, which as aged as the suit coat was, he wasn't sure it could be salvaged. I opted to pay and most of the old stains came out, but am just really appreciative of the honesty and transparency.
