Then bought another session and kids had to come out and take off gear just to come back in and received the same instructions for play and put gear back on which again took up almost half of the 35 minute session! Had a incident in the bar when new bartender decided, I was slurring my speech and therefore cut me off. I had nothing to drink prior and my bar bill was only $20. Never in my lifetime have I been cut off it was quite embarrassing. I've seen people over served routinely in this bowling alley. If asked my speech could be explained away from two previous strokes which caused speech issues. I kind of felt for whatever reason the bartender made a big mistake and told her so prior to leaving. Had another incident springtime at league when I asked the person working behind the desk if she could turn on the overhead fan. She advised she could not do it without the approval of the manager, which happens to be the owners daughter or co-owner. I would normally defer because there are a lot of older people on the league who get cold. But it was a nice day and half the bowling center was wearing shorts and T-shirts that day. Eventually, the manager relented and turned the fan on, but it was obvious she was not happy because she was cold and had to put on a sweater. I absolutely love the people that I bowl with and it saddens me but unfortunately, the incident at the bar was the final straw that pushed me away. They lost a good customer as me and my family won't be returning. If anyone at linn lanes would like to reach out and talk about this review I'm open to that but I'm not holding my breath.

Sabin answered the phone and told me they were having a tournament that Saturday but anytime after 3pm was available to reserve a lane. I asked if they needed any deposit. He said no, just my name and phone number is fine. He told me they have an arcade and a full kitchen and bar. We arrived at the alley on time and were welcomed by Joe. He confirmed our reservation, got us set up with shoes and asked if we needed anything else. He showed us where our lane was and wished us a good time. Joe came by several times during the 2 games asking if we needed anything it if he could get anything for us from the restaurant or bar. My husband needed help with his bowling ball. Done! We did order some sodas and fries. They were cooked to perfection! Not greasy or overcooked at all. The overall experience was fantastic. Even the other patrons were friendly and nice. It is clean and the equipment is well maintained. Everyone was friendly and respectful. No children running up and down the alley. Lots of families there. It is so refreshing to be able to enjoy yourself in a nice, wholesome environment. Thank you, Starlight Lanes. We will definitely be back.

The wood fired pizza is so good. The crust is perfectly chewy and toothy, the cook fired it perfectly and it had the perfect crunchy crust. My wife was able to add Ricotta and roasted garlic from another pizza to the main pepperoni and she said it was fantastic. Me, I have a dairy free diet so I got the Veggie pizza without cheese. I was very surprised with crispy mushrooms and olive blend. The mushrooms were PNW mushrooms and had such an earthy aroma and flavor. The marinara was spicy too, it was just a perfect pizza.
