I inquired about reserving a lane because it was my husband's birthday the following day. Sabin answered the phone and told me they were having a tournament that Saturday but anytime after 3pm was available to reserve a lane. I asked if they needed any deposit. He said no, just my name and phone number is fine. He told me they have an arcade and a full kitchen and bar. We arrived at the alley on time and were welcomed by Joe. He confirmed our reservation, got us set up with shoes and asked if we needed anything else. He showed us where our lane was and wished us a good time. Joe came by several times during the 2 games asking if we needed anything it if he could get anything for us from the restaurant or bar. My husband needed help with his bowling ball. Done! We did order some sodas and fries. They were cooked to perfection! Not greasy or overcooked at all. The overall experience was fantastic. Even the other patrons were friendly and nice. It is clean and the equipment is well maintained. Everyone was friendly and respectful. No children running up and down the alley. Lots of families there. It is so refreshing to be able to enjoy yourself in a nice, wholesome environment. Thank you, Starlight Lanes. We will definitely be back.

From start to finish, service was spot on: we were met by Coleton who walked us through the logistics & timing, as well as helped with some changes I requested due to attendance, and our server was Paige who made sure the boys never went without beverages. Pizzas came out quickly so the kids were able to eat & bowl, and everything was timed to perfection so they were able to sing to the Birthday Boy and enjoy cake before heading over for some Laser Tag & arcade time to end the festivities. It was also great to have a table reserved in the arcade area for belongings & whatnot, which also allowed some pitchers of beverages for the rest of the time. The space itself was immaculate and staff was buzzing around to keep tables turned over, bowling balls replaced to their rightful homes for future bowlers and the restrooms (at least the ladies!) were also clean (I know that can be a big deal for families, especially with Littles). All in all, I'd say this was money well spent, especially considering everything that is included in the package. We went with extended family right before thanksgiving and it wasn't too busy. Everyone had a great time. My cousin is 6 and we were able to put up gutter guards for her. You can easily put them up or down manually on your own. They also had the metal thing that she could use to load her bowling ball launcher for her too. The food is ok. Lots of fried finger foods. There were high-backed couches (booths?) so it was pretty private since no one was in the lane next to us. They can put the bumpers up or down for each player, which makes it more fun for all. We got some snacks for the kids (standard bowling alley food) that they enjoyed and came out quickly. I think the prices were pretty reasonable overall compared to other places in Eugene. They can get very busy so it can be hit or miss, especially on a weekend evening. I think I'll have to bring the little kids again soon since they had so much fun.
