The grandchild needed "something to do" after being inside due to the weather so we took her here to wear her out.... 90 minutes later after her running around and bouncing she was "starving" (according to her) and so tired. Hmm, I really wanted to love this place for the little and make it a regular stop when we visit, but the little didn't even want to stay the whole time. They need to add some ventilation as it just had a plastic smell with a hodge podge of furniture, shoe racks and things. With some changes it could be great and worth more stars! read more

Great place for the kids to come and let out all their energy. Probably my favorite bounce house place I've been to so far. Comfy couches, tables, massage chairs, toy area, snacks, ice cream, drinks, great utilization of space, 1 bounce house that adults are allowed on ( if under 150 lbs) staff SUPER nice (there was a younger man and then a younger women after he left that were there while we were) the price seems reasonable. Almost all bounce houses seemed very new and/or very well cleaned and taken care of. Only thing I wish was different is maybe no time limit on the weekdays. My kids wanted to stay longer than 90 minutes and there was only 2 other kids there the whole time we were there. I understand the time limit when there is a lot of kids though. read more

What a joke!! Called to make a reservation only to be told to make it online. Made a reservation on line,I have a 20 month old and being I didn't see if I pay full price for under 2 or not, I sent an online message asking if I need to pay for my under 2 year old. No reply so I paid for three 8 year olds. Only to arrive and be told that she was to busy to reply to my message. Therefore they were full and my 20 month old would have to sit and watch while her siblings went and played. It takes some kind of evil to watch a child so sad that she couldn't even play, not even if I assisted her. Most miserable hour of my sad little girls life thinking she was being punished. Some people don't have a heart. And no they were not even that busy. read more

We rented the Wacky Indoor Bounce for a community event we put on recently. Danielle, the owner, and her staff were very easy to work with and did an awesome job with parents and kids the night of the event. The kids had a rad time, and we had an awesome time too, as the staff did most of the cleanup. We pretty much just showed up and everything was ready. 70 plus kids, no injuries, smiles all around (especially the parents!) We'll be doing it again. read more

Yeah this is a perfect rainy day activity, if you're okay with staying home with a sick child for the next week. They must not sanitize, ever! Every time I bring my kids here they get super sick after. Also the owner was rude to my friends kid. I will never go here again and I suggest you not either. The play area is fine and my kids like to come here. However, they are constantly having private events and close the place down. I brought my kid in to get him out of the house to play and they inform me that a private party is starting 20 minutes after I get there and that he can only play for 20 minutes. Not a giant problem except that they charge me the FULL price. If they are going to kick people out after only 20 minutes, they should give a discounted rate. TOTALLY agree that this is a perfect rainy day place for a kid. My daughter and her friends go flippin' CRAZY for a couple hours and release a ton of excess energy. The author of the hidden review is also correct: This is unequivocally NOT a place to take a kid younger than 3. First, they wouldn't have any fun. Second, they'd be terrified and likely to be hurt. I have taken my kids here a couple of times now and been very pleased so far. The business is clean and they have taken numerous safety precautions to ensure the safety of the children. I've read previous complaints of sanitation, but it's not bad. Its nice to have a discount for multiple kids, but it would really be nice if there was an option to add maybe 30 minutes or an hour on the time at a lower rate as well. There are also several inflatables in here that are the same setup with just a different theme on the outside of them. It would be nice to have them separated into age groups so the smaller children don't get trampled by the bigger kids. Overall it's a fun place for the kids. read more

Death trap for small children!!! Zero moderation - the parents come in and sit in the big comfy chairs with their laptops and e-books, and the staff is no where to be found - and the kids were going crazy. I have a two y/o and the place would have been perfect for her, but I was a nervous wreck with all the TEENAGAERS and big kids running around like crazy, not looking where they're going, doing flips over the inflatables, throwing balls at each other, and kicking at each other... there were two young kids crying in the corner with fat lips when we got there!! I refused to even stay the whole 90 minutes we paid for. They need to a.) open specific times for age groups, like 10-noon for preschoolers, noon-2 for older kids etc, OR b.) hire more staff to enforce the rules already in place!! I'm sure it would be fantastic to rent for a party, where only your own kids and friends would be present. But unless changes are made to operational procedure, I will not be taking my child there ever again. read more

My grand daughter's birthday party was held here. Almost $300 was paid for about 2 hours of play (for 14 or less guests); & the cheapest apple juice. They didn't tell us in advance of their no shoes policy...so I wasn't wearing socks. They just happen 2 sell no name (ie. cheap) socks for $2.50 a pair. No outside drinks, but they happen to sell a variety of drinks @ premium prices. They tried to get us to serve our cake 45 minutes before our time was up, but failed to tell us once children have cake they are forbidden 2 play on the inflatables! We opted 2 wait longer. You would think with the no shoes policy the floors & equipment would have been clean...not so!! I have photos of the filthy socks 2 prove it. There were few parking places in their lot, and the owner's truck was blocking the exit. The women working there were extremely concerned about ensuring disclaimers were signed for each child, and asked more than once if everyone had signed. They bird-dogged the children while they played, and there were "No Running" signs posted all over. Give me a break, they have sugary snacks and drinks for sale. Every parents knows how rambunctious children become after sugar consumption, for Pete's sakes. Kids can hurt themselves in a padded cell. Good luck with "ensuring safety." Lol. read more

My two children and two nephew's were so excited to go to bounce today, something they had been looking forward to all week! Typically, they have a male staff person who is amazing with my kids... Unfortunately today was MUCH different. The female employee that was working was extremely rude and neglectful to all of the patrons who were attempting to pay for their children to come in and bounce or purchase some overpriced snacks. She was too busy monitoring the children that were trying to play and have fun, every few minutes marching over to fuss at one kid or another. She fussed at the children I brought several times, I finally confronted her, asking what they were doing wrong and she stated they were wrestling....nope, I was closely watching. I asked her what her definition of wrestling was and she pretty much told me they are not allowed to touch one another at all. We ended up leaving nearly an hour before we were scheduled to because the children I brought were saying she was harassing them and they were not having fun at all. As we were leaving, another family said they were leaving for the same reason. Bounce has always been overpriced, but my children have loved it, so I've continued going... No longer. read more
