Those Oregonian kids gotta have indoor places to play--it rains all the time! When I went in here I…read morethought, I wish we parents of young kids had a place like this back home. It rains so rarely where I live, it'd be a shame to be indoors all day. It'd be rad if they could open the roof on sunny warm days. Do I ask for too much? Imagine a really good indoor play structure. Like 3+ levels high! A small play area for tiny kids. Some video arcades and such. Some adult games like corn hole, shuffleboard table, darts, and such. A full restaurant and bar! A few cabana-type small rooms for parties or whatever. And it's not too loud!!! I was worried an indoor play area would be excruciatingly noisy, and not well ventilated. It seems like the space is big enough to suppress the kids' yelling, but not so big that the echoes impose. I guess the large space also helps keep the air from feeling stale, maybe they have added ventilation. The bathrooms are kinda small and I had to walk outside the main play area through the small lobby. The food is good, and they have a wide selection of beverages--including adult beverages! Free parking lot. The price is about what I'd expect for an indoor play structure, when we need to get out from the rain. PLUS there's all the other stuff. I guess the money I spend on food and beverage helps keep it open. I had fun cruising through the play structure with my 7yo and my 1-1/2yo. Some adults were conversing in groups, or alone engulfed in a book. If you have kids, go. If you choose to give a thumbs-up or not, I hope you found my review helpful!

We are home visiting my mom and I definitely need something to do with my toddler at times. Though…read moreI grew up here I've never had a kid here so I'm at a disadvantage! But I found Bounce has some open gym times and we jumped on it (oops, didn't actually mean the pun) this weekend. I think they have them regularly on the weekend and are having more during spring break. The place is great. There's a section that has about six trampolines and my kiddo loved that--her first time on a trampoline (and I'm definitely never going to have one of those in my backyard so she can enjoy it at a place like this). There were bars and rings, different heights for different kids, and other equipment for them to enjoy. Upstairs there was some stuff as well, and rumor had it there was a slide up there, but we didn't get up there. They open gym for different age groups; there's a preschool group for kids under 5 and then one for kids up to 12 or so. My daughter was probably the youngest here on this particular day but the other kids were careful of her and kind given she's at a different developmental stage as them. I bought a package of six open gym passes (it's six for the price of five) since they don't expire, so we'll either use them on this visit or carry some over to a future visit. They also have some merchandise, like leotards and stuff. After all, they are a gymnastics school. Kids must have their socks and shoes off when playing but adults can keep their socks on--adults have to be right there with their kids as they play--so there are some cubbies in one of the room to drop your stuff. Don't forget to put your shoes back on if you use the washroom though. The parking situation was confusing--even looking at the sign I still couldn't quite figure it out. Just remember to park in an unmarked space.

I have a toddler and we usually go to another gymnastics place in town for play time, however, I…read morewas recently gifted a pass to try out the open gym time at Bounce. This is a great spot with so much stuff for littles to climb, push, bounce on, etc. and a big plus is that there are lots of trampolines so no turn waiting! The bathrooms are big and clean, and reception was nice when we came in. It's a little more expensive than the other place we frequent but Bounce does have more open gym times available so it's nice to have more options for most days of the week.

I'm finally ready to write this. Please do not send your child to NAAG unless you can be present…read moreand make sure that the the coach is correctly spotting them at all times. Our daughter double fractured her arm because the coach was not near her while attempting tumbling. Our daughter, although a great gymnast was learning and the coach was not in correct spotting position, not even within feet of her when the break happened. We get that accidents happen, but we are even more upset by the gym's handling after the incident. We are out thousands of dollars on surgeries. Our daughter had to have a titanium rod placed and all the gym seemed to care about was covering their own behind. They quickly informed the other girls on the team to stick to a story that the coach was not at fault. They would not allow us to see the video footage, so we can only assume what really happened. Our daughter knows the truth. We moved to a different state where our daughter joined a pop Warner football cheer team. A player suffered a break, and the whole community took it upon themselves to fundraise and do dinner trains for the family. That would never happen in Eugene. Our girl is on the mend, but the quality of care we received from NAAG was truly disappointing.

We have been sending our girls here for the last few years and can't recommend it enough. In…read moreaddition to learning gymnastics in a positive environment the coaches are amazing. You can tell that they are really passionate about what they do and care about the kids in their classes. The coaches who teach and own it are amazing!
