This park has a great vibe and really expresses the culture and history of the area. Just a short…read morewalk across the creek bridge from historic Silverton's main street shops and restaurants. You can hear the babble of the small brook as your kids play in the park. The children have so much fun at this local Silverton Park they don't even notice when it starts to sprinkle on their heads nor do they care. As you can see from the photos the local residents take great pride in this park I do recommend spending a morning or afternoon.

Tiny Tots is located within a church, but they are NOT affiliated and only rent the space. It is also a co-op, which means in addition to paying to join (very reasonable fee) you are required to complete a handful of duties to help keep things running smoothly here, but I think the extra commitment is fair and easy to do. It is only open/available from September - June, coinciding with the regular school year

At 11 months, he can't yet play with all of the toys, but he loves all of the open space to crawl and the soft blocks to climb on. He also really loves watching and following the bigger kids around. As a parent, I love having a playground that is safe and never too crowded as well as indoors when the weather is bad. I have gotten a few other families to join because it is nice to meet up there. We can relax a bit while the kids play rather than hosting a playdate at our houses. I also really like that it is a non-profit run by the parents and that it is co-op style, so everyone pitches in to keep the playground clean and well-run. It is nice to have a space we are all invested in.

A slide that was cracked 2 years ago now has a sharp half edge at the bottom while the other half is missing. The pad under the equipment is torn to hell and needs to be replaced. All the swings except 1 work and that's my daughter's favorite things. Much like the dilapidated and old park near the aquatic center rather than remove the broken crap they leave it for kids. There are potholes in the mat under equipment everywhere. Its a dangerous hazard. The actual jungle gym is nice, but everything else is garbage. Moss and mud are underneath things. Someone needs to fully repair the ground, change the underneath to chips maybe, replace the swings, replace the slide and add the seat back to the helicopter. Evergreen is a shithole and this eye sore is no good for my daughter. Talk about a company that doesn't care.

Playground equipment seemed very new and the area itself was quite clean. The playground was sitting in front of a lush green area which I believe has a creek behind it; beautiful. My old complaint is the lack of restroom. Other than that, a cute little community play area!
