I ended up bringing my two daughters (ages 11 and 13) here several times over the summer and they loved it! So a lot of my review has to do with their experience and some of the things I noticed hanging around here hour after hour. One of the things my daughters enjoyed most is the variety of things to to. They loved the large slide, loved the lazy river and liked playing around the rest of Otter Park. They would then go over to the larger outside pool and use the provided inner tubes to float/play on or play different diving jumping games because they had a greater depth to work with. Then they'd go to the indoor pool where they might jump off one of the diving boards or try climbing the aqua climb wall. Inside there are some large floating mats that they'd like using. Often it was less busy inside so if things got a little too crowded outside or they wanted a break from the sun, coming inside was a nice change for them. Then when they were ready they'd head outside again and repeat their adventures all over again. Because there was so much variety between the different pools, floating things, the slide, etc. they never got bored. We would often be there for 3 hours at a time and they were always ready to come back for more. But besides my girls loving this place, there were several other things that I was impressed with. SEATING Sitting around there all day I liked that there was LOTS of seating, so even when it got busy, there was always somewhere to sit. You could choose between sitting in the shade or the sun. And if you wanted to grab a white plastic chair to sit somewhere you could do that. There were even a few tables where you could sit and eat something, or I saw one guy liked to bring his laptop and get work done (heh heh... or probably watching Netflix). Some would laying out on the lawn chairs (not as many of these so not a guarantee you'd get one), but I always knew I could easily grab a spot on the bleachers where I could sit in the shade and keep an eye on my girls as they were playing. SNACKS The first several times we didn't bother getting any snacks, but one of the days we were doing a marathon session (like there for 4 hours?) and decided to get the girls some hot dogs. They aren't always a fan of hot dogs but they both really liked them! I was really impressed by that b/c again, they're pretty picky about these things. I also liked that they weren't just microwaving some oscar meyer nastiness but were slow roasting these things. I'd order one and then have to come back in 5-8min after they were done. Personally, I was VERY grateful that they chose to provide something a step above whatever might be the cheapest and quickest option and instead are providing something of at least some substance. Also, the prices were super reasonable. I took a photo so you can see the price list and everything is very fair and I was pleasantly surprised by that. CUSTOMER SERVICE There were a number of times I was impressed by how helpful people were. The first time we were there, i was asking how things worked and the person did a great job explaining things and even talking about things I didn't ask about. But one of the things that stood out to me the most was when we had ordered a hot dog and my daughter ended up dropping hers. She felt so bad that she was going to pick it up and eat it and i was like "nooooo, we'll just toss that and get u another one." One of the girls working the Cove (the snack shack) saw what happened and was like, "hey no need to pay again, we'll get that for ya." And i was like... "ahhhhhhh, u guys are awesome!!" That really impressed me b/c it was are fault, we dropped the hot dog, but that totally made my day to see them help us out like that :) LIFE GUARDS There are life guards all over! And they're not afraid to use that whistle! Or make there special hand gestures if someone was doing something whacky down the big slide. The life guard up-top, would signal the life guard down below and by the time the little dude or dudet made it out of the slide, the life guard was there to explain whatever they did wrong, gave them a smile and a high five and they were on their way. It seems like each time we were there or almost every time, there was some one getting a boo-boo. And then there would be like two or three life guards, or a life guard, and a staff person checking them out, someone was taking care of the wound, someone else had their clip board out, someone else was there for moral support (not sure really, but looked cool to see so many people there to help). As an observer it kind of made you jealous to go get a boo-boo and get all that attention :) But definitely gave me peace of mind knowing my girls would be taken care of should they need it. FINAL THOUGHTS What I loved about this place is not only was it a blast for my girls, but it was a great value for the time spend and the fun that was had. Would HIGHLY recommend this place!!

someone peed in pool and didnt clean it up after i asked multiple times for it to be cleaned

This is the indoor Olympic sized swimming pool. At the far end there's a 1 m and 3 m springboard and rock climbing walls

The Osborn Aquatic Center is a great value considering what you get for the cost. For around $4 a child can play in their Olympic size swimming pool which has a 1 m and 3 m springboard and rock wall right at the edge of the water. Plus there's the outdoor windy waterslide, some kids water play toys and a longer than it appears lazy river. There's also an indoor supplying but that wasn't available when we went. And I'm not sure how busy it gets during peak times either, but my family had a fun time and the staff seemed friendly.

Perfect for little kids and lap swimming. Not great for medium aged children as the shallow end is VERY shallow. The staff was amazing.

The community wanted a bigger public pool so they built the aquatic center.

After touring the gyms I came away with the impression that Stafford was by far the best gym in the area. The staff is superb and the gym and equipment are clean. None of that terrible "gym" smell that you often get at the gyms as they age. They also do an excellent job at making sure there aren't so many members in the gym that there are long wait times to use the equipment.

I have been a member for about 6 months and really have enjoyed my time. Pros: -Women's locker room doesn't feel super dated. That was honestly a big reason I went with this gym, it was one of the few with a sauna/steam room that weren't disgusting. -Equipment/facility is generally in good condition and clearly proper upkeep is done. -Staff is kind and instructors seem to really care. Special shout out to Genevieve and Janet! -Yoga/pilates room is new and beautiful -This is a bit of a silly one but I love the room that used to be for bikes is now available for those who want a quieter space to work out if the other room has a class going on. Cons: -The class options for before/after normal work hours are incredibly limited. I am more of a class person and have been consistently disappointed with how few options there are. Generally, I think the gym caters to retirees/those who don't work a traditional 9-5 schedule. -Gym area is rather small. This definitely is more of a tennis club and the footprint of the area with fitness equipment is small in comparison to other gyms in the area. I have never had too much trouble waiting for equipment but when it's busy, it can feel cramped.
