And some coffee places that were supposed to be open weren't. We then found Cafe 13, and we were so glad we did. It has a very inviting, cozy atmosphere. And all of the food piled up behind the glass looked amazing. We were only getting coffee, but I knew we had to try something to eat. We ordered some sort of berry scone. It was amazing. The coffee was hot and delicious, too. And everyone was very friendly that we encountered as well. We sat at a long communal table in the front room (there are other rooms to explore/sit as well). We never made it back to Cafe 13 on our visit, but if we're in the area again, it'll definitely be the first spot we hit when looking for coffee and a light breakfast.

I opted for the Thai Chicken Salad and a bowl of Green Chili. Both were good. The salad had fresh ingredients and was filling. The chili had great flavor and a good kick of spiciness to it. I definitely ordered too much food for myself! I didn't realize how large the salad was going to be but I was happy about the portion size for the cost. The staff is very friendly. I would say this place is a bit loud- there were a lot of conversations going on around me. If you plan to come here for a quiet lunch or to get some work done, I recommend bringing headphones.

The staff was incredibly kind and had great recommendations since the menu has so many options. We brought our three picky little kids, and there were little buckets of Legos for them to play with, which was such a thoughtful touch. The kids loved all the items we tried on the extensive kids menu, especially the homemade GoGurt and hummus! We can't wait to save room for the Dunkaroos next time! My husband and I shared the espresso martini flight, and they were hands-down the best espresso martinis we've ever had. Nothing else even comes close! The food was incredible from beginning to end, and it's honestly hard to pick a favorite. The breakfast sandwich reminded my husband of New York, and the Shakshouka Skillet was an absolute dream. The roasted carrot hummus was exceptional - I've never had anything like it! There really is something for everyone here. Of course, we ordered way too much food, and the leftovers made a delicious dinner the following night! It felt like a we got to have a special date while our kids were happy, entertained, and well-fed. Highly recommend! We can't wait to come back soon and bring friends!

It was a sponge cake in bundt cake form topped with a nice layer of heavy whipped cream as the icing and apple pie filling. Needs more use of spices/herbs and maybe a little more salt throughout and not just the top layer. The bottom half was completely plain and bland. Crust could've been better if it was buttery and/or flaky to give it better texture. -Gold Digger. Too sweet for me but my partner enjoyed it. He has more of a sweet tooth. -Chai Charger.
