As I live in an apartment building with no free parking available, Daury met me at a nearby Stop & Shop parking lot and parked his 'Splicemobile' alongside my wife's Mazda CX30. The job was installing a 12v outlet so that my wife can blow up her inflatable paddle boards, and within an hour, the job was done. Daury arrived on time looking sharp in his 'Splice' branded polo shirt, put protective covers on the car seats (much appreciated), and did his magic. He was congenial, all smiles, knew exactly what he was doing, communicated his arrival time, and most importantly, he was professional. I will definitely use him for my next install. Highly recommended!

Best decision I could have made. They had a crazy selection of everything car audio related. The staff was knowledgeable and the owner is on-site everyday. I ended up getting new tint put on my car too. They removed the cheap, peeling tint and replaced it with high quality stuff without issue. While I was waiting for them to finish the install of my stereo, I was watching them build some crazy intricate, custom center console in another customer's truck. Pop up TV's and the whole nine. It was like pimp my ride without the useless fish tanks. I can't say enough good things about this place. Check em out if you're in the area. They're right off 95.

All the good techs have left in the past few months, and ones that remain call in sick. This happened to me twice on two separate Saturdays - only finding out when I showed up for my appointments. The shop owner seems more concerned with splitting the showroom with in to support a Pokemon store (huh??). Talk about losing focus on your core business! As a fan and supporter of small business, I am very sad to see this happen. Unfortunately I think it is beyond repair, and I will be going elsewhere to finish the work that they started. Such a shame. I won't be returning.

I asked the owner (Ney) how much would it cost me to buy and install and backup camera with them, he told me $270!! $70 for the camera and $200 for the job cause you have to loop cables from the trunk to the radio. Mind you the camera he showed me is on amazon for $12. That's not it yet!! He gave a guy that came in asking the same question later on that day the price of $190. The day before I got Installed LED headlights for $180, 2 days later I search up the lights cause I don't trust this degenerate, the lights were $22!!. Last but not least as I was asking for the camera in my first remark, the reason I was there was cause I installed a bass, 2 amps a crossover and a EQ that I brought from home. This guy charged me $280 and his guy charged me $50 on the side for "some cables I needed" then when it's time to turn everything on I saw him purposely glitch one of my amps to jerk me into getting a new one from them, so after going back and forth with him, he told me to get one wherever and he'll install it for free. Those good reviews up their are definitely on his side the guy is con artist stay away from this place, go two streets down!!

I really wanted to like this place, but my experience was a masterclass in disorganization,…read moreindifference, and wasted time. I called a week in advance and told them I'd be coming in Monday morning to get sound deadening installed in the front doors and wheel wells of my station wagon. I even told them I already had the materials. They said "come in at 9." Simple enough. I took time off work and drove from midtown Manhattan all the way to their shop near Fordham University. I arrived at 9am -- their posted opening time -- only to watch the staff stroll in around 9:20. Then I had to wait while they dealt with a customer whose Bluetooth they'd installed incorrectly. When I finally spoke to the manager, I showed him the parts, explained the job, got a quote, and headed back to my office -- another $60 cab ride -- trusting they'd do what they said they could do. Ninety minutes later, they called to say they couldn't remove my tires because they were "on too tight." They didn't have the proper power tool to remove them. A mobile audio shop that can't remove wheels for a job they agreed to do. I asked if they could find a tool somewhere. They couldn't. I asked if they could at least do the front doors -- the part that didn't require touching the wheels. They said no, because they "already had other cars" and mine was now sitting in the street. So I took another $60 Uber back to pick up my untouched car. $120 in transportation, half a day of work lost, and absolutely nothing to show for it. They didn't even bother to do the portion of the job they could have done. I'm sure they have a couple of things they do well, but the devil‑may‑care attitude, the lack of basic tools, and the complete disregard for my time means I won't be returning. If you value professionalism, reliability, or even the slightest respect for your schedule, look elsewhere.
