The shopping experience at this dispensary was very pleasant. The store was brightly lit with all products displayed to browse. The staff was very informative and answer many of my questions. There was no pressure in shopping and I had the opportunity to browse and sho at my own pace. The displays were informative with all of the edibles. Will be back to try other products.

High Seas is easily one of my new favorite dispensaries! Their selection of edibles and high-end flower is top-tier, and the whole shop has such a welcoming vibe. Huge shoutout to Jimmy for the amazing customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

I read someone's yelp and it said this was the nicest dispensary they had ever been in and in my head I was thinking "that's a bold claim".... They were not wrong. When you walk in there's ocean noises in the background and tanks filled with exotic fish everywhere. It's sleek with blue interior and glass walls that separate the check in desk from the product area. Kevin greeted us and gave us a tour showing us the different areas. Everything is organized and products are placed in glass dishes with coverings for you to easily view including all the edibles which I thought was super cool. I saw product in there I hadn't seen in other dispo's like tea, coffee, hot chocolate, Michelin star chef created edibles and more. This place is oozing cannabis luxury. High Seas is top of the line with specialty products. Kevin made our visit welcoming and the interior is something you just HAVE to see. Thank you!

These photos show how unless you have cash, they require your login info for your bank to pay with ACH. No debit card payments here either.

Want login credentials for bank. No phone number displayed with receipt to call after order placed. Delivery orders backed up so they changed it to pickup. No promos at all. Manager messaged me calling me a liar for my post. Even though everything I said is fact. I called them after placing my delivery order asking why it was changed to pickup, and was told over the phone they are behind on deliveries so they changed it to pickup.

My husband likes to partake now and then to curb his anxiety and high energy. He seeks out methods to chill himself out. He's been researching tinctures for a while now and decided to try one. We called in advance to ask about availability and pricing. High Seas had the tincture he was interested in stock. They also had other tinctures available as well. He wanted a particular one but was willing to try a different one. He ended up with the original one we came in for. Service was excellent. The showroom is bright and peaceful. There are a few exotic fish aquariums in the showroom which is decorated in a sea blue palette. You walk in and there is a security guard at the front. They have you walk to the back to check-in and submit your IDs. Then you're called into the showroom when the budtender is ready for you. There is an ATM inside if you need to pull out cash but you can also use your debit card at the register. For new customers, you get 10% off your first purchase. If you come back, 15% off your second visit, and for your third 20% off. We paid with my debit card and was told there was a transaction fee. It's a good thing some of my banks refund ATM transaction fees so I basically was credited the amount back. Win! My husband had a very merry Christmas with his new tincture.

Shoutout to Chris from Colorado! He's amazing! Super knowledgeable, made the whole experience feel welcoming. Felt like a kid in a candy store. Great experience! Excited to go back with friends and have Chris help us.

The lobby and upscale style should have clued me in. You're gonna be waiting. a long time and you're gonna pay a big premium. If you've never tried marijuana and want the full carnival experience then go to High Seas. But if you're just looking to score some good weed at a reasonable price quickly, DO NOT GO HERE. 20 employees walking around showing newbies everything under the sun, while you languish in the lobby. Some just standing around chatting, while you wait in the lobby. Hard Pass. All flash no service. A dispensary for dilettantes. A weed Museum for the curious. Not a well oiled machine of retail at all. Too many better dispensaries nearby to pick from. #nope read more

I have been coming here for a couple of months now and I think I'm done shopping here. Let's start with the budtenders, they are slow and do not know anything about weed besides smoking it gets you high. They fired the budtender that actually knew what he was talking about and replaced him with people who do not know anything about the products. Not only are the poorly informed, they are so so so slow. You'll walk in and it takes 10 minutes to get seen and another 10 for them to go find the weed. Just a poorly run system. Now let's talk about quality, a lot of the time the weed is super old and dry, we are talking packaged last summer ( don't buy the 710 labs lol ). Why even hold onto product that long - signs of a struggling business. The coolest part of this place are the aquariums and fish tanks but their fish keep getting sick and dying but i am not surprised since they can't even take care of their weed. If possible just go shop somewhere else. read more

Let's start by taking in how gorgeous this location is! Granted the parking situation is a little tight but once you walk in, it does not feel like a dispensary! I'd compre the experience to something more along the likes of shopping in Louis Vuitton or Chanel. The fish tanks are sick! I really enjoy the way products are displayed here, feels like Willy Wonkas cannabis closet, they've put a lot of the items on display for you to see so well! I saw a lot of the crowd favorites as far as brand selection, but I was shopping specifically for concentrates. Again, imo I found they carry a lot of OG favorites and I am pleased with my selection made with the assistance of Kevin F! Thank you x100! Pricing is competitive. Overall, I feel the ambiance, service, and selection is worth skipping some of the other shops on Harbor if you know what I mean! read more

High Seas stocks great brands, and has a comprehensive display and well maintained environment unlike anywhere else I've seen in the area. Steven has been my 'tender on multiple occasions and been excellent at providing good recommendations while also allowing me space to browse at a nice chill pace and watch the fish. He immediately made sure I was okay and didn't need help. He directed me to the lovely man at the counter and I really couldn't get my words out but that didn't matter. He immediately took care of me, asked the basic questions of what strain I was looking for and took it from there. I didn't pay attention to the selection but they had so many options and amazing deals! Thank you Kurtis and Dre for helping me and making sure I was okay. It really meant a lot to me and I will be coming here from now on. They care for their clients! The service here is unlike any other dispo and i've been to a lot! I've been to a ton of dispensaries but the High Seas is a cut above the rest. They easily have the best selection I've seen paired with the most professional and knowledgeable employees in the scene. Diana did a fantastic job in helping me select what I wanted as well as giving me a deal on the Switch2 better than I could've even gotten direct from the manufacturers website. This dispensary is more than just a place to get your za, it's an experience. I'd bring my friends in here who don't even smoke just to see how cool it is. The best way I can describe it is like an high end Apple Store for weed mixed with a gorgeous aquarium . If I know I'm going to spend big this is the only place I'd go to especially because every month they give you a free goodie box when u spend $150. They don't even carry boof here it's only top tier quality selection. I can tell they genuinely put time in curating to their customers while other dispensaries are overran with products that use the same mid genetics or growers. Going to another dispensary after this one is genuinely depressing. 11/10 well done by this team. read more

I was stoked when I saw the High Seas Weed Shop had a new strain on the menu- Plus, they were running a sale, so I figured it was the perfect time to swing by and stock up. I've bought from them before, and sure, the first time they were a little light on my order, but I let it slide. I figured, hey, everyone makes mistakes, right? But this time, when I got home, I cracked open the bag and it felt... wrong. Way less than what I paid for. Weighing it confirmed it--at least a gram short, maybe more. And the quality? Don't even get me started. Dry, harsh, and definitely not the fresh, sticky bud they hyped up. This isn't the first time they've pulled something like this. At this point, I've had enough. There are plenty of other dispensaries around here that don't short you and definitely don't pass off bunk product as premium. I'm done giving them the benefit of the doubt. High Seas? They've lost my business for good. Too many other places out there that respect their customers to put up with this. read more

If you're ever in need of an exceptional experience, look for Dom at the High Seas. Her warm welcome when I was sent into the inner shop set the tone for an unforgettable visit. Not only did she expertly guide me to the products I needed, but she went above and beyond by introducing me to new ones that perfectly suited my preferences. What truly stood out was Dom's attentiveness to my allergy concerns. With her extensive knowledge and genuine care, she ensured that every product recommended was safe for me to enjoy without any worries. Her dedication to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience truly set this place apart from other places I have been to. Her passion shines through in her personalized recommendations and genuine enthusiasm for helping you discover new favorites. Looking forward to going back again soon! read more

I had an outstanding experience at High Seas thanks to Kevin! From the moment I walked in, he welcomed me with a warm smile and an impressive knowledge of their products. Kevin took the time to understand my preferences and needs, providing tailored recommendations that were spot on. His passion for cannabis really shone through as he explained the effects and benefits of various strains. I tried his top suggestion of 710 labs & decibel gardens flower, and it was perfect--smooth, flavorful, and just what I was looking for. The atmosphere of the dispensary is also fantastic; it's clean, inviting, well-organized and the fish tanks are absolutely immaculate!! If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Kevin. His expertise and friendly demeanor make all the difference. I'll definitely be returning! read more

"Top-Notch Experience at High Seas Dispensary!" I recently visited High Seas Dispensary and had an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the atmosphere and selection. The highlight for me was definitely the tanks - they were top-notch and provided an unparalleled vaping experience. Steven, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. Despite it being only his second day, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist me with my selections. His professionalism and enthusiasm made my visit truly memorable. Overall, High Seas Dispensary exceeded my expectations, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Steven and the quality of their products. I'll definitely be returning and recommending it to friends! read more

This dispensary is a gem! Quality of product to the quality of the customer relations, my budtender Jules never misses on making sure I leave a completely satisfied! Now, I'm picky on what I like to indulge, but with Jules Knowledge on a wide range of product she always has the right suggestions for me. Unlike some establishments, it feels like the suggestions are made to get you in and out quick and you leave with a product that you don't like, never at High Seas with Jules! She always takes her time to get to know the flavors I like so then she could make the correct suggestions for the best price. From Jules bubbly attitude, inviting demeanor and wide knowledge of different product I always leave a happy customer. Thank you Jules and High Seas! read more

I recently had a fantastic experience with my friends at High Seas, where Phoenix provided exceptional customer service. As soon as I walked in, Johnny greeted me warmly and offered me some Kombucha/Coffee. Phoenix was super patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and even giving me a tour of the place, pointing out cool stuff like the fish tanks which she knew tons about . She also knew about the products and had good advice which made it easy for me to find what I was looking for. The amount of gifts we got were so generous and it made it worth the trip. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend checking out High Seas. For the extra few dollars I would pass alot of shops on Harbor to receive this treatment. read more

Wow! I was absolutely blown away by the amazing atmosphere and vibe of this place. It's unlike anything I've experienced before, and I've visited many dispensaries. This one really stands out! Despite arriving late, close to closing time, I was greeted warmly. I always feel bad being that last-minute customer, but the staff here were incredibly kind, from the security to the lovely lady who checked me in (I didn't catch her name). Daniel was particularly fantastic - he's such a cool guy and made me feel so welcome. He took excellent care of me and my needs. I don't usually write reviews, but the exceptional customer service I received here compelled me to acknowledge the staff. I truly appreciated their hospitality. read more

I stopped by High Seas dispensary recently and had an awesome experience thanks to Emily. She was incredibly knowledgeable and super easy to talk to, definitely one of the best budtenders I've come across. She listened to what I was looking for and offered some great recommendations without ever making it feel like a sales pitch. The vibe at High Seas is laid-back and welcoming, and Emily really adds to that with her friendly attitude and genuine interest in helping customers. What could've been just a quick stop turned into a visit I actually enjoyed. I left with exactly what I needed and a smile on my face. If you're planning a visit, do yourself a favor and ask for Emily she's the best! read more

Her knowledge is incredible--she answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm, helping me find exactly what I needed. This store has a super high-end vibe. It's clean and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and timely. WE LOVED THIS STORE!!! Service and value are both great. Jimmy helped my husband and I during our 1st visit to High Seas. He was very knowledgeable about the various products and helped us pick out products to help our aging bodies, aches, pains. We were highly impressed with the beauty of the store. The lounge area, while waiting for service, is incredible. They offered coffee or blueberry Kombucha which was very tasty. IF you're over 65, ask for the senior discount . . . I'm glad we walked in to have a look, we'll 100% be back. read more

DID YOU KNOW THIS PLACE HAS FREE DRINKS ? Who cares ... Stop telling me about free drinks, over and over , and when I have been into this shop 10+ times. The girl who checked me in was somewhat friendly , making it obvious she had a bone to pick with the guard on duty. Like I said before , I've been to this shop many times, and love the experience most of the time, but as of recently , it hasn't been good. Their budtenders are nice, but not the most knowledgeable each time. If you have a new product in, and don't really know about it at all, please don't google it again in front of me ... read more

This place is super pretty and boujee which I love it's a little more on the expensive side because it's higher quality product in my opinion as a heavy weed smoker. I went in looking for the strongest edibles they had and I can't quite remember if the name was Daniel or David but he helped me a ton he knew his stuff and when I asked for a suggestion he made really good ones. So happy I found this place and the hash gummies work incredible will be back!! Also I personally love the free kombucha it's so good !! You can also get coffee which I think is very generous of the place 10/10. read more

The new weed dispensary is a game-changer! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a welcoming ambience that sets the tone for a fantastic experience. The staff, led by Kimberly at the front, are top-notch professionals who make you feel right at home. Jules and Daniel, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed. I love this place. The ambiance is EVERYTHING. The openness, the aquariums and exotic fish, the presentation, the vast number of options, you can't beat this place!
