I am extremely happy with my new kitchen completed by Complete Kitchen Design. The cabinets,…read morecounters and sink all look great! Every part of the entire project from beginning to end went smoothly and was a great experience. Joe Allen made some great suggestions for the design such as moving the sink to the corner to use what had been just wasted space before. Everyone I dealt with on the project including the carpenters, electricians, and installers were very professional and easy to work with. Joe kept me in the loop the entire project, and it was even completed quicker than I thought it would be. The cabinets, counters and sink all look great, everything is high quality. The entire experience was excellent overall and I definitely would have them do remodeling again in the future. I highly recommend using Complete Kitchen Design!

It had the original cabinets from the 1970s. The shelves weren't even, and there was barely any counter space to work with. We knew we wanted to replace all the cabinets, get quartz counterop, and upgrade the layout to be more functional. We called another competitor first, and they quoted us that the bare minimum of what we were asking for would be over $45,000, which was more than twice our budget. When we met Bill, he wasn't pushy or salesy. We told him our budget and what we were looking for, and he was able to meet every expectation. It took about 8 weeks for our cabinets to come in/be made. Immediately after that, Joe and the crew came and completed our kitchen renovation within 2 weeks. My partner and I work from home, and the renovation did not disturb our workflow at all. We'll definitely be working with them again in the future when we update our bathrooms!

Our experience started off well. The showroom staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful during…read morethe selection process. Unfortunately, everything after that was frustrating. The installation process was long, disorganized, and full of unnecessary delays. The person who came out to measure forgot to template the riser for our basement bar, which immediately stalled the project. Later, (after one rescheduled install due to staffing issues), an installation crew refused to enter the house after being instructed to use the basement entrance in the back. They left without completing any work. That decision alone pushed our remodel back another two weeks and disrupted the schedules of our other contractors. When installers finally returned, it was around 5:00 p.m. just before the Fourth of July weekend. Instead of simply completing the job, they immediately started making excuses about why they couldn't install the riser and suggested another reschedule. Fortunately, my painter was there and called them out, making it clear there was no reason the work couldn't be completed. They ended up installing it, allowing the rest of the project to finally move forward. If you're coordinating a remodel with multiple contractors and working on a timeline, I would not recommend Hard Rock Stone Works. The lack of communication, poor project management, and repeated delays turned what should have been a straightforward installation into a frustrating experience.

Faced with a very short window, I was fortunate enough to squeeze in between jobs. They hit it out of the park. The quoting and pricing process was perfect and quick with Francesca. She knew of my timeline and made sure to call or email me during every facet of the project. The install team was friendly and helpful - way more than I could have imagined. The job was fast and the work was great and they cleaned up. What more could you ask for?

I thought the counter would be squared with rounded edges/sides still, so half of my countertop edges/sides are rounded and half are squared, it looks so terrible!

I looked at…read more3 different companies, one of which was not interested unless I was paying 60K+ (it was pretty evident), Nuway and a private contractor that someone recommended. I chose Nuway despite the other two Yelp reviews they had at the time. I didn't see how a debate on a broken tub nor the parts guy being fast enough had any bearing on a full kitchen remodel. I feel I ultimately made a good choice, and I would ultimately recommend them. There were times in the beginning of the project where I would think I made the worst decision in my life. There were issues like any other major remodeling project and changes needed; but ultimately, they pulled through and I was impressed with the outcome. I was also impressed with their continued support AFTER I made the last payment when I have a couple minor items come up and they responded quickly and courteously. I feel I received solid value for what I paid; I was able to have my cherry cabinets, quartz counter tops, top end fixtures, and simultaneously was able to considerably open up my floor plan for a much more reasonable price than I would have thought possible had I limited my search to the companies in Birmingham and Rochester. I also was treated fairly, and courteously through the whole process. I actually came to trust them, which is critical when faced with a project as large as a kitchen remodel. It's worth the drive, Steve was great to work with and if I had issues no matter how "nit picky" they were addressed. They were on budget They were on time Quality was there Post sales service / support was there Enough said!
