From the start, he was easy to communicate with and work with. He walked through our current house so we could talk through design/function that we liked or didn't like about our current living situation, asked us for our design inspiration with likes/dislikes, and then designed a home that is even better than we had imagined. Importantly, he thought about function, not just appearance, and how we would really use spaces based on how we live our life as a family. The 3D renderings were very helpful in visualizing the spaces, and they also gave us things to be excited about during the process. He always responded quickly and professionally, and he really took our ideas into account. Living in our house now is like a dream. We feel so lucky to live in such a beautiful (and functional) space. Rufino is a true artist. We don't plan on leaving this house anytime soon, but if we had the opportunity to design another home, we would 100% reach out to Rufino again.

We let them know that we needed the driveway done and cured before that date so we could use a wheelchair on it . They were here the next day to take out the old concrete and prepare it for the new. These guys really knew their stuff and they worked long and hard and did an absolutely stellar job. Communication with Michigan Rose Construction was great. They ask for the remaining balance to finish and once again we trusts them and gave it to them. We just wanted our business back. Is now a year later and they have not done a dam thing more and keep giving us the run around then ask for more money than the what the insurance gave us and they where contracted for. To make matter worst we found out that there are Liens on our property for the sub-contractor that they hire because they have not been paid and are not go back to continue work till they get their money. Now they coming after us. We can get hold of anybody there. Now we have to hire an attorney to help us. BEWARE! They can talk a good game to get your money and then run with it and you be out in the cold!

The carpet installer who came actually admitted to me that it was shoddy work and looked terrible. He did a quick job fixing it and it looks great. Update: carpet is now coming up in every room. Terrible company. Shoddy work. Do not use ! They also don't answer phone UPDATE: They never came to do the job even after several attempts to contact them!! I would strongly discouraging anyone from using this company. My carpeting looks terrible after only 2 years.
