Great little shop with unique gift items. A lot of fun things to look at. T-shirts are soft.

I visited this store for my very first time after seeing it blow up on Tik Tok! For the holidays…read morethey were offering bundle bags on Black Friday. The videos I saw showed the strip mall being so packed with vehicles & people that there was actually a police presence just to help manage with crowd control. I recently moved closer, so I took the first opportunity I could to take a look at their goods in person yesterday...I was a little taken aback at how small the space is. From the moment I walked up to the front door- I was shocked to see that, that many people could have been waiting in line for hours and that the store would have enough merchandise to accommodate ALL those customers?! That said, I found the shop inside decorated in that retro style very suitable & quaint, but also only about 8 racks spread out openly throughout the store. The prices in my opinion were ridiculously high except for the $10 clearance rack by the front entrance. Even at that, many shirts I found stained, logos cracking/fading, with holes, or paint marks and overall just not in great condition for the cost! Additionally, they do have some pants, jackets and hoodies as well. Employees never welcomed us in. Too busy eating sandwiches. Find it very unprofessional to eat your food on the floor and at the registers counter to boot! They buy daily for vintage. You'll receive cash or credit. Generally, you will get more in store credit than in cash. Currently, they're accepting winter items and are being very "picky" ( as the two employees told me) about t-shirts. Odd since that's mainly what they carry & with that Tik Tok craze you'd think they would have needed a heck of a lot more merchandise unless it didn't fair well? Yet, again it's a small space with not a lot to offer, so wondering if they have things in storage and they rotate often or seasonally? Doubtful this will be a place I'd return. Think you can get more money by selling your goods on-line thru numerous apps. Or, going to a thrift store and finding vintage gems!

We browsed for a little bit, but flabbergasted at the pricing. $30-50 for a faded t-shirt. I get they are vintage, but the prices seemed insane! Even a pair of mall goth style shorts were $125! Insanity! We likely won't return as we both will not pay those prices. Upon entrance and even exiting we were greeted by an employee at the door, which was the positive here (hence 3-stars).

My favorite part about this store- they don't carry multiple quantities of the same thing so you really are getting unique pieces you probably won't see on someone else. They have the BEST dresses. Upon arrival, I was immediately welcomed and asked if I had any questions or been in before. They let me know each piece is very unique and they only get in 6 of each item, they're the only one in the valley. They had such cute and great quality items through out the store, which everything was extremely fairly priced, especially for such a curated and unique boutique. I tried on quite a few things and ended up getting a beautiful linen like dress. It was so soft. They also have a generous clearance and sale section. They offer a reasonable return period of 14 days. I honestly saw so many prices and I would definitely consider frequenting them to add some lovely pieces to my wardrobe, when the occasion arrives!

I leave my house instantly to go buy the remaining 3 Volcano candles.. The employee sees that I'm holding them and says the candles aren't included in the sale. I ask her where it says that there are exclusions to the sale on the signs posted throughout the entire store. She replies that corporate didn't send those signs with exclusions. I explain that my friend had just bought 6 candles and received the 60% off discount. Later I found out that my friend had asked if the volcano candles were included in the sale and the employee said yes they were. I asked if I could speak to a manager, she said she was one of the managers and her boss was unavailable. The employee said her name was Jessie. Francesca's should have made things right and honored the 60% off the entire boutique as their signage advertised instead of being selective on what is on sale and what isn't, it almost seemed like Jessie wanted the remaining candles for herself instead of selling them to a paying customer.

While browsing, my wife took a sweater off a hanger to look at it but didn't hang it back up. An employee named Jakob (tall Caucasian guy with "Denise" tattooed on his forehead) approached her and asked her to hang it back up because, in his words, "that's my job." It's frustrating--he seemed annoyed about doing exactly what he's paid to do. If every customer put items back perfectly, there wouldn't be a need for floor staff. He took it and rehung it himself, then walked off muttering. At that point, the situation already felt off. But then he approached her again to ask if she had left a cart full of items in the women's section. She said no. He asked again, like he didn't believe her. Now it had gone from passive-aggressive to confrontational. My wife felt intimidated--she was being questioned by a man who was visibly frustrated and couldn't seem to control his emotions. She was there to browse, not be interrogated. When I arrived and asked him his name, he asked why. I calmly said it was because I wanted to know the name of the person who was harassing my wife. I didn't raise my voice, didn't cause a scene. Yet he kept repeating to himself that he needed to calm down--as if he was trying to talk himself down in the middle of a basic, civil conversation. Then he tried to explain his side of the story--as if I was going to take the word of a complete stranger over my wife's. This whole interaction was unnecessary and unprofessional. It made my wife uncomfortable, and it made us both question why someone with such a short fuse is working in a customer-facing role. If this is what Goodwill considers acceptable employee behavior, they need to seriously reevaluate their training and hiring practices. My advice to Jakob: if putting items back and speaking calmly with customers is too much, retail might not be the right fit. And wherever you go next--just be prepared. You're still going to have to do your job.

Just wanted to share an experience I had today that really rubbed me the wrong way…read more A man with glasses who said his name was Shane (not sure if that was even his real name) was walking around the store with his little phone scanner, looking me up and down--literally checking out what I was wearing from head to toe. It felt uncomfortable, to say the least. I asked him if they had any mesh shopping bags, similar to the ones Forever 21 provides when you're shopping and collecting items. He looked at me like I was asking for a bag to steal something--not a shopping bag. His body language and facial expression made me feel like I was doing something wrong just for asking a simple question. Meanwhile, both of my boys bought sweatshirts from the store--$120 for just two sweatshirts. We paid in cash, and they ran the bills through the machine to check if it was real (which I totally understand). But Shane, or whatever his name is, stood there glaring at the money like we were trying to pass off counterfeit bills. It was honestly laughable, but mostly just insulting. I'm really big on customer service and treating others how you'd like to be treated. But I did not appreciate the attitude, the judgment, or the feeling that I was being watched like some sort of villain. I felt disrespected and incredibly uncomfortable. The only reason I stayed was because my boys really wanted those sweatshirts. We're all human and unfortunately, we sometimes judge people--but judging someone based on how they look is never okay. I was dressed nicely, had my hair done, wearing a dress... I was put together. And yet I was treated like I didn't belong there. Moral of the story: Don't judge a book by its cover. Be kind. You never know who you're talking to or what they're going
