He even just happened to know Russian and helped translate directions to some Russian maids we hired who didn't speak a word of English. Amazing service, value and people - by far the best movers in Orange County, possibly the best movers in Los Angeles. They showed up on time, bought all the packing materials and had no hidden fees. For a few movers and a truck at no extra cost, they did an amazing job in a short amount of time. I was delighted that they were able to pack as well as to move. They are apparently available on short notice but are very affordable. Does it get any better? It does. They showed such care that they even handled unpacking and assembly of some items. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are extremely professional, hard-working, positive, and very reassuring that they take care of everything. Roman is the guy in charge and I simply cannot believe the stamina he and his guys have. Don't worry if he shows up with a Wonder Woman called Alice. She's as strong as any of the guys. They never complained at all and it was 12 hrs of moving, with just 30 minutes break for lunch! If fact not only was there never a complaint, even after 11 hrs of moving furniture up 15 narrow steps, their answer to everything was es pleasant "no problem". Not happy with the speed of the movers. The positive nothing was stolen or damaged. But a move that at most should have taken 4 hours took over 7. I had to start unpacking some things to speed things along. I recommend having them charge a flat rate. Also, they requested food and drinks while moving. I fed them but it didn't speed them up. Lesson learned! I will not use them again for future moves. Only going with flat rate companies from this day forward. They came promptly and called beforehand. We initially had a few pieces and then added a few more tasks and they were up for the job! Once upon a time I moved furniture for Allied Van Lines, so I have some insight here. First off, the price they quoted was the price I paid--a good price, with no added fees. There were a lot of stairs on both end of my move, and they didn't charge extra for them. They protected my furniture with pro wrapping; as a result, no item was scratched or scuffed. They worked fast and packed the truck like a puzzle (to prevent damage in transit). Finally, Danny and his team had great attitudes, even when the job turned out to be harder than expect (including an extra stop at my storage unit).
