We had called because we had found that our oven temperature was not holding and were having issues with our burners. Not only was Luke courteous and friendly, he explained features on our range we had not known for the 10+ years we've owned it. Based on our description of issues, he came with all new parts he anticipated needing to remedy the problems (saving us the need to pay for a second visit), and tweaked some things he noticed preemptively. We could not wish for a more thoroughly knowledgeable, likeable, competent professional. Wishing everyone we've dealt with could be more like Luke! Beyond excellent service! Highly recommend!!!

Making the appointment was easy and a call from the technician ten minutes before his arrival was appreciated. Rami was courteous, efficient, and went straight to work on our Kitchen Aid dishwasher. He tested various parts of the dishwasher and told us the problem was the control board. We knew the machine was more than a decade old, so when he told us the part to be replaced was discontinued, and even if it was available it was a costly part, he was honest and said the best option would be to buy a new dishwasher and gave us his personal recommendations, which are important since he does appliance repairs and knows about reliability, durability, and repairability. The reviews are true, Master Service Appliance Repair is the real deal. In a time when it's hard to find competent technicians who are efficient and honest and know what they're doing, Rami is a standout.

Said there was nothing to indicate an oil leak. Throughout the week, the washer still smells of gear oil, and on Saturday morning my husband turned the washing machine on its side, unscrewed a cover, and there is gear oil leaking out from the bottom. The agitator did not need to come off; nothing would be visible. Parts can only be accessed from the bottom of the machine. Sent photos and a text to Handler, and they thanked me for the update and said nothing else. Not sure why I paid for a service call/diagnostic fee to tell me nothing was wrong, when clearly something is very wrong. Part on order. App is easy to use, and tech was on time and extremely polite, however: Will absolutely not use this service again, or recommend.
