Now on to the good. On my first visit, all I ordered was the Peanut Butter Protein shake and it wasn't very good. The taste of banana was strong with only a hint of PB. This time around, the flavor profile was much more balanced. So while it has improved, it's still something I feel I could just whip up at home instead of plopping down $6 bucks for. It needs something added to give it a boost. I also gave the food a shot and ordered the, "New York", bagel. It was scrambled egg, bacon, cheese, and ham (I had them hold the ham) sandwiched in between a, you guessed it, bagel. I will admit, it was delicious. Huge, as well. They certainly don't skimp on the serving size. My only complaint was that they used what appeared to be a "Kraft" slice of cheese. I could be wrong, but that's what it looked like to me. I wish they would use a higher quality cheese. The customer service is good. In the few times I've been there I haven't encountered any rude employees. While I feel that there's definitely some improvements that need to be addressed, they're also off to a decent start. Using better quality ingredients, labeling items that contain nuts (for those with allergies), and improving the look & feel of the interior is what I would like to see. I will definitely come back from time to time to try out other menu items.

We finally got up and asked for a refund after 45 minutes of waiting and watching thee orders go out that were made after ours. This use to be the place to get pizza, the new ownership needs to figure out where they are going wrong. We definitely will not be back. So all in all we got a 27.00 refund on a pizza and paid 40.00 for a pitcher of soda and three salads. What a disgrace. Shut it down and start from scratch.
