We were craving pizza and this hit the spot! I love how you can watch them make the pizza as you wait, even making the dough! The dough was so crispy, like the perfect amount of crisp and thickness for the Butter Chicken pizza. It did take a bit of time for our food, but honestly it was worth the wait! There was one cook and he had online orders to fulfill before we ordered. He was very nice and gave us a great deal for having to wait longer and gave us a free drink since we were eating at the establishment. It's a nice little place. Tables are spaced out enough to where you get privacy, but close enough if you have a large party. The pizza...omg...we would get that again in a heartbeat! The flavors were spot on to having a butter chicken dish and the cilantro added such freshness. It was definitely worth the wait and we finished it. Ok - owner & staff friendly Place clean Weird Pizza but very very good. Pizza was actually really good - the ground beef had an odd Indian curry flavor but pretty addictive. Pizza sauce was minimal but it worked. Not much else in Horthorne so give them a try. The McDonald's that is here is the worst ever - 2 stars so if you have 20 minutes to wait for a fresh pizza these are your guys. read more

Definitely way better than Old Nevada pizza but still expensive for what you get I'm glad that Old Nevada isn't the only pizza place in town. The service is alright they seem to be slow at time my girl and I tried a half Hawaiian and half pepperoni we ordered through the app and when I got notified that is was ready I went in and there was till a 30 min wait. This was really frustrating because there was no one else in there like most of the time. The guy ended up giving me a free soda cus of the wait so I guess that was cool. We ordered two pizzas from Lovelock Pizza last evening (5/22/25). And both pizzas were absolutely amazing! On one pizza, we got half sausage, mushroom, and onion. On the other half, it was simply Canadian bacon. This pizza (as well as the other one which was pepperoni and olive) was piping hot perfect! Fresh toppings and a generous amount! Called multiple times to have no one say anything when it was answered. Went in to order the Butter Chicken Pasta and Chicken Alfredo Pasta. When we picked it up and got half way home, we realized there was no chicken in either and no Alfredo sauce. Just cheese and pasta for both and one had butter poured in. Went back and the guy wanted to argue with me about it not coming with chicken even though it's advertised. Told me I had to order it with chicken... ITS LITERALLY ON YOUR MENU. I vowed 2 years ago to never eat anything from Hawthorne. I've traveled several times through this town, and even the McDonalds tasted un edible. I made an emergency stop at the dmv in town and found myself attracted to the smell coming from this pizzeria. After checking out their menu I decided to order chicken wings and a slice of pizza. The pepperoni pizza was fresh, and the crust was very yummy. I definitely enjoyed the chicken wings, I ordered 12 buffalo chicken wings, keep in mind they do not have fries. As I waited for my order and I noticed there were several locals coming in and out picking up orders. Several days later on my way back to Las Vegas we decided to stop again for some chicken wings and try out their Parmesan twist. Also very yummy. The establishment is very clean, after watching the cook prepare of the food I can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his work. Definitely will be coming back here. read more

I would have liked to recommend Lovelock Pizza...but I can't. Upon entering one is greeted with a counter service style pizzeria and sandwich shop that claims to have beer. Sure the menu is covered over with stickers indicating price increases and several items have been removed with black marker or paper taped over said items. Neither of these are deal breakers, I only wanted a pizza to go. The beer case had one Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, three bottles of Bud and two blue beer bottles. Again, not a deal breaker. The whole dining room looked tired and outdated and a little dirty. I've eaten at worse. What really broke me, and caused me to create a Yelp account was they let people cut the line. Another customer cut right in as I was about to place my order. The staff didn't do anything, just helped this line cutter as if I wasn't there. That tells me all I need to know about the customers and the staff. read more
