I reached out months ago on the recommendation of a co-worker. I asked about solar cleaning and gutters. Their quote was very reasonable, especially given that it is a second story home with gutters that had NEVER been cleaned in the last decade at least. And same for the solar. A family emergency came up and I didn't move forward at that time. Fast forward 4 or 5 months and I reached out again. He responded right away and confirmed the details, honored the original quote (which impressed me as costs EVERYWHERE have gone up), and was able to schedule for a very convenient time without any difficulty. He also asked if there were any other services I was needing, which is when I discovered they do window cleaning, window and door screens and dryer vent cleaning as well! I did ask for them to quote me for a sliding screen door replacement, which was another great value, given the upgrades for the heavy duty screening and preferred color. And then the crew showed up...right on time, ready to go, and absolutely delightful people, every single one! It was a crew of 4. They got to work immediately and were thorough, cautious and hard-working. While they were working, I asked the crew leader about a quote for two window screens. Such a good deal that I said yes and they cleaned and rescreened as well as installed them on site as the other work was being done! And they did the final measurements for the sliding door to be made. They also asked if I wanted them to check the dryer vent and did so with no obligation for cleaning. I am sure I have literally never had the dryer vent cleaned in the almost 20 years I have lived here. So it was SOOOOOOOO full and needing to be cleaned badly. With another very reasonable price, I had them go for it! And it was done in no time at all. They did ALL this work (20 solar panels cleaned, gutters that literally had whole plants growing out of them completely cleaned and flushed, 2 windows re-screened, new door measurements taken and dryer vent cleaned), with the kindest, most non-judgemental, professional attitude. I would deduct a quarter star only because they forgot to mention they accidentally broke one of the outer window trims on a garage window --it was very brittle from facing the dry afternoon sun for 20 years, so I completely understand; just wish they had mentioned it. I added that quarter star back because upon arrival, Jerry the foreman pointed out that one of the front screens was busted from age/sun and offered to replace it for a great price--important when selling a house! I saw that she did my pathway and garage for additional also and wish she didn't do it. I didn't know I was going to see all of these imperfections after all of it. First this I noticed was the holes, I let them know after and she told me after contacting "many" concrete specialists, that the concrete wasn't "mixed well" then I started examining the whole driveway and saw even more imperfections. She told me this is the reason they take before and after pictures. I know that my driveway didn't have all these marks and holes. She argued with me back and forth and were willing to fix in their words the "micro holes". I had to defend the people who did my driveway plus myself. She wanted to have her , her husband and their concrete guy to be there and fix it. I said no because I don't have the mental capacity to go back and forth with 3 individuals against just me. I completely regret using them. I'm glad other people had better experiences. UPDATE: All pictures were after the pressure washing. All the marks are marks from the pressure washer. Alina is still trying to argue through this review. Alina was only willing to fix the holes on the driveway after I showed her more marks from the pressure washer that she left. After all the arguing, I felt uncomfortable for Alina, her husband and someone else to come by and tell me that the person who did my driveway did a bad job. They did refund me, but it will cost more to fix all the imperfections she left. This is my experience on their service.

I hadn't planned to leave a review at the time, but I'm choosing to share my experience now after a recent interaction that reflected the same communication issues I experienced during the original service. The recent interaction occurred through Yelp's project quote request feature, which sends requests broadly. I did not reach out to this company directly. When I later asked for the quote to be declined, the response felt unnecessarily abrupt, which prompted me to reflect back on my original experience. The cleaning itself was very well done. Jodi arrived with two other cleaners from her team, and the two team members handled the majority of the house. Jodi herself focused on the master bedroom and master bathroom. I have a ~2,100 sq ft home, and I intentionally excluded two rooms (a home office and guest room) from the cleaning, which was agreed upon in advance. For the areas that were included, the finished result looked great, and I was happy with almost everything from a cleaning standpoint. Unfortunately, the communication and billing practices from the owner made the experience frustrating. Although I disclosed ahead of time that I have pets and understood there would be a $50 pet fee, that charge was applied twice, once to the base cleaning and again to an add-on, resulting in an additional $50 charge that was not clearly explained beforehand. Prior to the appointment, pricing shifted multiple times with add-ons and conditions that were not clearly outlined. During the walkthrough, I was asked to upgrade my bathroom to a "deep clean," which I believed I had already booked as part of the initial service. I was also offered mold-related add-ons for two very small specks in the bathtub grout, which felt unnecessary. One item was accidentally broken during the cleaning and appeared to be placed back without mention. While accidents happen, transparency would have been appreciated. After the service, I was pressured to schedule ongoing maintenance cleanings and informed that my initial service had been discounted with the assumption that I would continue regular cleanings. This was never agreed to, and it felt misleading and guilt-driven rather than professional. Overall, the cleaning team did solid work and the home looked great. However, the upselling during the appointment, unclear billing, and pressure-based follow-up communication from the owner took away from what could have been a much better experience. I recommend getting very clear, itemized details in writing before booking. If money is no object, I'd say go for it!
