My concerns were primarily about the quality of the finished product, not being a custom-built product. My shed had to be constructed on-site as it could not be maneuvered around everything else on my property but Chad and his helper came down from Scio and made it happen. My takeaways were that the materials were first-rate and Chad and his helper's attention to detail was exceptional. Honestly, I could not have asked for a better experience. The finished product is rock-solid and obviously made to last. If I had one suggestion to offer, it would be that they offer a turn-key solution for foundation and finishing (paint/stain) as part of the build on site option as I had to research and make that happen on my own, but I can understand that each market is different and it might not make business sense for them to be able to offer that. So if you want a shed/workshop/playhouse/possible ADU, etc. ,these folks come highly recommended. My thanks to Mori & Jose for a very smooth transaction and to Chad and his helper for such a great experience and great final outcome. So they constructed the building off site and assembled on the area we prepared. Unbelievably the three guys were at my house at 7:55 Thurs and by 5:00 there was a solid enclosed building standing there! Friday was roofing shingles and caulking. The closets look fantastic and all I have to do is paint. He also was able to repair a closet expansion that a previous handy man had done and made it look seamless.
