This place is sectioned off really nicely and has something for everyone. Clothing for the entire family at really reasonable prices. Camping supplies including tents, ice chests, and all the gear you need to go along with it. Checked out their handgun section and even though they don't have as much of a selection as say a Cabela's what they do have are popular brands and calibers. Staff that is knowledgeable and more than willing to give you advice and information about the handguns they do have. If they aren't sure of an answer they find out while you are looking. These guys were hands down some of the best I have ever worked with at outdoor/gun shop. They truly care about the customer experience and the way the work with the customers encourages their return. No pressure shopping at it's best! They don't try and push you into making a decision and they make sure to let everyone know they are willing to work with you on price if they are able to. Wasn't really sure what to expect when I went into this store, but I'll be the first to admit it wasn't this. Great staff. Great selection. Clean store. Competitive prices! When I'm in town I wouldn't hesitate to return here to shop for items I might need.

So I first had a great experience at the store. I had a few issues and they resolved them. But the…read morelast time I went in there before they 86 me from there was I brought in a piece that broke by putting warm water in it before John, the worker there. Even let me explain what happened or tell him that I wasn't trying to get something for free or discounted it. I brought it in to show them exactly what I wanted the same piece. He then proceeded to tell me that I was a liar, and that this product couldn't have broke that way, which it did I never got an apology either from The owner and then they accuse me of taking something which is totally false. Otherwise, I would have been in jail for it all I ever did was try to spend my money there and only there. I also have another concern. I spent over $800 in puffco products from there, and I'm supposed to get points. With any purchase will, he threw in some 70H that I could really care less about. I thought it was just a bonus for me spending so much money. I later asked him about the points and he told me that that's why he gave me the 70HI never agreed to that and don't agree. Our recent experience has reminded me that going local is the way to go…read more We needed a new dishwasher recently and decided to purchase through one of the two chain garden/home improvement stores. The service was "meh" but we persevered. After waiting for two weeks for any movement on the company, we decided to go down the street to Tim's and see what options they had for dishwashers. While the selections were few, they had one dishwasher that had what we wanted (of COURSE we want the third rack...doesn't everyone?)...and though it was more expensive than we originally planned on spending (at the box store), it was ready for purchase and installation. We paid for it and waited for a phone call to have it installed...and what do you know? We were called within two days and the actual dishwasher was installed within three days of the call! The person who installed the dishwasher was professional, respectful, and determined to install the product completely and correctly! We are still waiting to hear from the box store for next steps on purchasing a cheaper dishwasher...it's now been a month since we started the process with them. I kind of hope they do call so that I can rave about Tim's and their speedy service. Oh, and that we ended up purchasing a more expensive product. Go local, my yelping friends!
