The bed was comfortable ( important to me because of a bad back) and the coffee and breakfast was so very good. It's worth a trip just to stay and visit Moab, where there are many activities, such as biking, rafting, horseback riding-just to name a few-and small town shopping, and lots of restaurants to chose from or driving through the National Parks.

Disappointed and Misled - Would Not Recommend I had high…read morehopes for this stay, but unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. First and foremost, this property is extremely remote -- the nearest food service is a full 16 miles away, and this crucial detail was not mentioned anywhere on the website. For a bed and breakfast, I expected at least some guidance on where to eat or what to do, but that brings me to another issue: the host's communication was slow and unhelpful. When we arrived, there was no one on the property to greet us or provide any kind of orientation. We were left completely on our own to figure things out in an unfamiliar and isolated area. If you're looking for a convenient, welcoming, and well-supported stay -- look elsewhere. This place might work for someone who wants total seclusion and comes fully prepared, but it's definitely not for travelers expecting hospitality or easy access to food and local activities.

It felt like it was secluded and quiet but was walking distance from the main area of town. They gave us recommendations of drives, hikes, and restaurants that were all spot on. The pool was clean and rejuvenating on a hot day between hikes. The breakfast was wonderful, right now during COVID it delivered to your room at the time you choose. There are a lot of wonderful places to sit and eat in the mornings and evenings - gazebos under lights and a firepit area. It was truly an oasis, and my only complaint was that it was too short, we could have stayed another few days! Highly recommend this wonderful and hospitable inn.

I open to filter cover and find a filter so clogged from not being cleaned for almost a year. No one in office, no one on phone. Pulled filter. I could not scrape it with my key. Today I wondered why bathroom fan did not work. Looked up and saw a fan literally rotting in the ceiling. Parking is tight but doable. There is a food truck out front with decent food. ****** ADD: wife showered, then I. There were 2 hand towels 2 wash clothes 2 floor mats and ONE BATH TOWEL. Who the hell puts one bath towel in a room with 2 queen size beds. Then I noticed the shower. Calcium or rust build up around wall at floor level which also had mold next to the door. No daily room service but that is OK. At least until you want the trash out and need a new bag. So we are using Walmart bags and leaving trash outside door, which will probably not be taken out. Although I found out 2 days in staying that they don't clean everyday due to Covid-19 but will absolutely take you towels when needed. Sometimes at night you can hear people talking in the other room, but ahhhh what do you do when they are loud, and I mean as in talking. For the most part though it was a pleasent night and very quite. The view of the mountain was pretty, and I actually did enjoy my stay as I was able yo take my dogs and they have a nice area to take them in front, but please pick up after your pets out of respect. I did like the fact that if you wanted to cook out, they let you use their grill (propane) and patio. Although we didn't grill this time around, that was an extra special bonus we didn't know was available. That is really nice indeed, not to mention they have a jacuzzi to use for the asking of course. But the chilly April day was not going to let that happen! Next door you have a Mexican restaurant that I highly recommend. Super authentic and the next door set up is perfect! Actually there were plenty of places to eat and buy groceries within walking distance and that alone saved time. All in all I will say that I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived, and I think you will also be. Just remember, they do have double beds also, but you have to book them. And don't be afraid to ask them questions as they are pretty nice here.

If it wasn't for that I'd give a higher rating.

The room is light and open feeling with light colored wood, giant grey tile, and white walls/bedding. The toilet and shower are in a separate room, with the sink in the entrance area to the room. There are lots of hooks, shelves and drawers, removing the need for a closet, which gives more space to the room. The bed is comfortable with both plugs and USB ports for charging. There are also plugs and ports on the seating bench. The bathroom is new with a walk in shower. The shower head has lots of different spray options with a bonus bar for those who shave their legs. Not in the middle of the bustling downtown but at the start of where most of the traffic picks up. Walking distance to Birdys which is a great food option. I love the bunkbed room options but there were stains on the bottom bed comforter. There were stains on the floor, on the walls, in the corners of the bathroom and we also had a pincher bug in our restroom. Cleanliness in my hotel room is a top priority for me so I would not return because of this. We put the Do Not Disturb sign on our door and for some reason the cleaning service still came in when we were gone. I had intimate garmets out on the bed of mine and my kids that were clearly touched/moved because they didnt care about the sign on the door. That makes me uncomfortable. I enjoyed sitting outside by the firepit more than being in the room. We played Cornhole and Pingpong. The pool and spa water levels were very low. The beer truck on site is a nice option. Overall, it was an ok stay but I wouldnt do it again.
