It felt like it was secluded and quiet but was walking distance from the main area of town. They gave us recommendations of drives, hikes, and restaurants that were all spot on. The pool was clean and rejuvenating on a hot day between hikes. The breakfast was wonderful, right now during COVID it delivered to your room at the time you choose. There are a lot of wonderful places to sit and eat in the mornings and evenings - gazebos under lights and a firepit area. It was truly an oasis, and my only complaint was that it was too short, we could have stayed another few days! Highly recommend this wonderful and hospitable inn.

The bed was comfortable ( important to me because of a bad back) and the coffee and breakfast was so very good. It's worth a trip just to stay and visit Moab, where there are many activities, such as biking, rafting, horseback riding-just to name a few-and small town shopping, and lots of restaurants to chose from or driving through the National Parks.

Disappointed and Misled - Would Not Recommend I had high…read morehopes for this stay, but unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. First and foremost, this property is extremely remote -- the nearest food service is a full 16 miles away, and this crucial detail was not mentioned anywhere on the website. For a bed and breakfast, I expected at least some guidance on where to eat or what to do, but that brings me to another issue: the host's communication was slow and unhelpful. When we arrived, there was no one on the property to greet us or provide any kind of orientation. We were left completely on our own to figure things out in an unfamiliar and isolated area. If you're looking for a convenient, welcoming, and well-supported stay -- look elsewhere. This place might work for someone who wants total seclusion and comes fully prepared, but it's definitely not for travelers expecting hospitality or easy access to food and local activities.

Perfect choice being so close to the highway and only a few miles into the town of Moab. Also very close to Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. Lots of parking available too. The Sunrise cabin has a full kitchen with a microwave, stove, refrigerator and the ever important coffee pot! Nice table are and tv ... however the free wifi offered was in and out and very slow. Making checking in on work very difficult. There is a loft with a surprising about of room. The bed was super comfortable (I'm sure all the fresh air and hiking helped too) They have everything there and set up, fresh linens on the bed with pillows etc. Big plus that there are outlets and plugs throughout. The living room area is spacious with 2 heaters (use them) *** just make sure to turn them off when blow drying your hair*** The only downfall is the futon/couch is not very comfortable. Bathroom is large, complete with towels and the normal small amenities shampoo, soap etc. I really loved the wrap round pouch with a picnic table and benches to just take in all the views and the wildlife. There were so many wild rabbits hoping all around, great entertainment. Overall I loved this cabin, great location with the privacy and silence you don't get at a hotel. Full kitchen was awesome, just needed a washer and dryer to make it even better. But the next time I'm back I will be staying here again!

The owners were super responsive and helpful if you have any questions. First stay here was in the little Southwest cabins just off the road, second time, further back on the La Sal Loop at Pioneer cabin, and finally at Sunrise Cabin, again just off the highway. Great option for those looking for quiet and comfort. While it is a few miles out of town (about 7 miles south of Moab), the price is right and it has everything you need! In the SW cabins: There is a refrigerator and freezer, two burner stove, microwave and coffee pot. Linens and towels provided. There was even a bucket with old rags so you could clean the red dirt off your bike, shoes, etc. My only complaint is the futon is unbearable. It's rock hard!! Not comfortable in the least. However, one doesn't come to MOAB to sit on his or her butt. The other thing is there was some kind of animal (rabbit or squirrel?) scratching at the walls when I was trying to sleep. It eventually scampered off. But you're in the high desert and it's COLD... Can't blame the little buggers. It didn't deter me from wanting to return!! The larger cabins have a full kitchen (some with dishwasher, some not) and many amenities you'd need to cook a basic meal. The cabins come with all the linens, two rolls of paper towels, dish soap and detergent for the dishwasher, dish towels, coffee and coffee filters if you bring your own larger bag of coffee, a few spices and olive oil ... basically things that other people have left behind they don't just trash which is kind of nice. My only complaint about this place is the futons they are really hard and uncomfortable. I would not want to sleep on one and it's actually uncomfortable to even sit on one for an extended time.

I booked it a year in advance and they want full payment to book it and non-refundable. It is Easter Jeep Safari week in Moab Utah so in order for me and my family to have hotel reservations I booked it. When we checked in front desk staff told us oh we do not serve free breakfast anymore and since we are staying there for more than a week I do not want to have a bad interaction with hotel staff and I told myself since I booked it thru Expedia they would help me with my booking. The washer/dryer was over priced at $3.50 per use more expensive than Homewood Suites by Hilton that only charges $2/ use and the washer and dryer in Adventure Hotel is broken. Also we were having problems with hot water for our shower. Since we really didn't like how they treated us we decided to check out one day early and we moved for 2 nights at Homewood suites by Hilton which was day and night difference. When we got back home I talked to Expedia in the hope that they will help us, I told Expedia that I paid a year in advance knowing there will be free breakfast and now when we checked in there is no more breakfast. I simply asked for a one day refund since we checked out one day early and Expedia told me they cannot help us because the hotel Adventure Inn has very strict rule and nothing can be done. I will never ever use Expedia anymore and also will no longer check in to Adventure Inn & Motel in Moab Utah. Their room and amenities are in bad shape and they wanted to short change us by not honoring the free breakfast.

The bed in the room was very comfortable and there were several types of pillows. The room is also flush with amenities: fridge stuffed with a large array of breakfast items, breakfast sandwich maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, water on each bedside table, eye masks, ear plugs (which weren't needed), and even an e-reader. Moab B&B is well located, in that it was about 10 minutes to drive to Arches National Park.
