Yardbird and Big Country pizza, medium size
    Beverly W.

The pizzas here are so good! We weren't sure on the sizes of the pizza so we asked our waitress and she was very kind and helpful in helping us decide which pizzas to order. We ordered a medium big country and medium yardbird pizza. It was the right size to enjoy for dine in and take some leftovers for home! If you like ranch, don't forget to ask for that too because the pizza is extra amazing with their ranch! The pizzas came out hot and delicious! I would say I enjoyed both pizzas thoroughly. The seating is nice and comfortable!

I was surprised and excited to see a Hideaway Pizza as I was driving along 121. It immediately reminded me of the time I lived in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Hideaway was my favorite pizza place back then. It was so nostalgic to see one here in Dallas! We ordered their signature pizza (the ATW), Greek salad, and fried mushrooms. We loved the appetizer. The mushrooms were very tasty, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The Greek salad was fresh with all the typical ingredients. We particularly loved the dressing, which had a nice lemony and zesty taste. The pizza was wonderful. It had pepperoni, sausage, and assorted veggies like olives, onions, green bell peppers, etc. I particularly loved the crust, which was crunchy and toasty, not too thick or too thin. The whole thing was not too oily, which I liked. This place was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Our waitress was so friendly and attentive. I don't quite remember how exactly the hideaway in Stillwater looked like back then. But this visit did bring back many fond memories of my time in Stillwater! And this place has now become my top choice for pizza.

Can't believe this was my first time we literally came for the fried ravioli but the pizza was soooo good and little girlie pop was saying mmmmmm with every bite of her pasta not to mention the crazy cheese pull on the garlic bread

9/24/25: This restaurant was recommended by my wife's coworker, so we decided to check it out. We were seated near the bar. Blake was our host, and he was very friendly and attentive. The bartender, Hunter, was cool. We met the cook, Dean, he was very friendly and took pride in his food preparation skills. There was a short wait for our order, and our pizza was fresh and hot! The fried mushrooms were just ok and the fried pickles were good. The bar area and restaurant were very clean and they had a nice patio area. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely return!

50/50 stuffed mushrooms and cheese sticks (to be fair we had already gotten into it so this isn't the full portion!)

This is my husband's favorite pizza place so I was eager to try it. The small pizza is in fact, not very small so there were lots of leftovers which I really appreciated because I love to bring food home. Our server was sweet and got everything right. I really loved the stuffed mushrooms. Their ranch is also very good. Mozzarella sticks were kinda mediocre for me but my husband loved them. One thing I didn't particularly love were the wings. The flavor was excellent but they were gummy and I like my wings crispy. I think they were baked not fried. They serve Pepsi which I adore. Desserts looked great but we didn't try them to ight. We will definitely be back!

Super cool interior with a variety of seating. (Patio, upstairs patio, many rooms inside). The service was fast and super friendly. We got the Caesar salad which was fresh and delicious. The da bomb pizza came out hot and was so fresh. Loved the balsamic glaze added and we got a thin crust. It wasn't like a traditional thin crust it was still on the thicker side but I still enjoyed it.

We got the pepperonipalooza to go and it was piping hot and very good! The order ahead and curbside pickup is great. Sadly I was so excited to eat I forgot to take a pic of the pizza!

Hands down the best Pizza and wings and as busy as they were, we got seated pretty quickly for a Saturday night! The service was excellent our waitress was ROWAN.. she checked on us at least 5 times!! Excellent service, no complaints!! Y'all check it out, any time I'm in town to visit my sister. We come here to eat. The restaurant was packed. You would have thought it would've been really loud, but it was awesome.

I liked my pizza and it was a good size but nothing was really special about this place and if you're looking for authentic pizza, this is not where you should go, but I did like it

This was my first time at Hideaway Pizza. My takeaway is that the pizza is decently priced, but the place could be a lot cleaner. The table we were seated at was still dirty, and we had to clean it ourselves, which wasn't a great first impression. Despite mediocre service and cleanliness, the pizza was actually good. Ambiance: Lively, with lots of different seating options and plenty of TVs to watch sports. The service was okay--our server often avoided checking on us and seemed to prioritize the bigger tables. Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza: The pizza was really good. The slices were big, and the flavor was solid. I especially liked the sausage--it had a nice crisp to it, which added great texture. Garlic Bread: It was alright. I wish it had been a little crispier, and it came out kind of cold. It had good flavor overall, but I think it would've been better if it was served warmer.

We were super excited to come here to have pizza because we had had Hideaway pizza in Oklahoma City years ago and remembered that experience fondly. On a Friday night we had a 10 min wait, which wasn't too bad really, the place was packed, and very happenin'. We were sat in a smaller back room which we appreciated because it was a little quieter. We ordered right away, a half order of the world famous fried mushrooms, large order of Greek salad with feta on the side, and a large veggie topping pizza. Love that you can choose hand tossed crust. The fried mushrooms came out right away with marinara AND ranch dressing. Love that. The mushrooms def needed a dipping sauce. The pizza came out pretty quickly after we had almost finished our appetizer and it was hot and the cheese was stringy. Great ratio of topping to cheese. The crust had a nice crunch to it and held its shape when you lift the slice to take a bite. The only thing is our Greek salad never came out and when we were almost finished with our pizza I had to ask the server for the salad. They were very kind to check what happened to our salad right away and were able to send another one out. Even the manager came out to talk to us and offered to take the salad off the check but we said we'd happily pay for it, if it comes out. We ended up have Greek salad for dessert but that was ok because it was a really good salad! Feta cheese and dressing on the side!

Out on a week night is very dangerous for folks our age. Veggie pizza on the tossed crust was really good. Friend cheese was average. Fried mushrooms were ok. Lemon ice pie was ok. Service was fast. Menu had several items that will warrant a return visit.

This is an excellent pizza place. The fried mushrooms are as good as they say with a batter that's crispy and tasty. The fried mozzarella sticks are pretty good too. I love the many interesting pizza combinations. We tried The Boz and Paradise Pie which I highly recommend. The Margherita isn't quite what I expected as I was imagining a more authentic Italian one so if you don't expect that it tastes alright. The thin crust is also a bit on the overbaked crispy side almost cracker like. But overall this is a great pizza place.

I found The Sandwich Spot on Yelp after searching for Dutch Crunch bread. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by the irresistible aroma of fresh vegetables and warm, crusty bread--if happiness had a scent, this would be it! Their sandwich selection is impressive. I originally drove an hour (one-way!) just for the Dutch Crunch rolls. Then I walked in, got greeted with that heavenly smell and super friendly vibes, and there was no way I was leaving without a sandwich. I went with the BLT, and let me tell you: it was loaded with crispy bacon and absolutely delicious. The place is spotless, including the restroom, and the customer service is top-notch. I called ahead to check on the Dutch Crunch rolls, and you could literally hear the smile through the phone. Jeff is fantastic, and the entire team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative--thanking me multiple times for stopping by. I highly recommend The Sandwich Spot. I'd will be making the drive again and again for the food and the friendly service.

At a minimum, I expect it to have at least as much filling as Jersey Mike's sandwiches. It certainly doesn't. Additionally, Jersey Mike's makes a better sandwich. They just do. Bottom line: very nice people are running this place without question. However, I likely won't return. It's just not worth the significant premium they charge for their sandwiches, when you can go to Jersey Mike's, get a much bigger and better sandwich, for a much better price. The portion size was simply unacceptable for the price. I do wish them the best of luck, as they are clearly good people.

The cook prepared everything as expected putting all ingredients into the warming skillet to give a good mix together over open heat. FYI- this is one of the main reasons that consumers love the pasta at Piada. This brings me to the main issue. My second time ordering (door dash delivery) I ordered the exact same thing, but what I received was very different than my first order. A bowl or dry spaghetti noodles with a scoop of sauce thrown on top, 5 spinach leaves thrown on top of the sauce, and hot chicken on top of that. You could tell that it was not put into the warming skillet and mixed together. The alfredo sauce was thick and barely enough to cover the top of the noodles. The remaining 3/4 of the noodles were completely dry. I was very disappointed with this $15 bowl of lazily prepared lackluster pasta. 2 days ago I gave them another chance assuming the previous order was a fluke and prepared lazily because they knew it was door dash and they wouldn't have to be accountable (no excuse). The tall young man at the counter was nice and quick to greet me when I walked up. As I order my food, I specifically asked him if they were going to put everything in the warming skillet to mix together over heat. He said yes. He put all ingredients into a bowl except the chicken. They were cooking the chicken so there was a wait. I paid for my food and took a seat while I waited. They brought my food to me when it was finished. I open the container and to my surprise, it looked the exact same as my previous door dash order (a bowl of dry noodles, a scoop of thick cold alfredo sauce slapped on top, etc.) I went to the counter to ask why they didn't put it in the warming skillet to mix together especially because I literally asked if they were going to do this and they said yes. The young lady tried to tell me that they mix in the warming skillet at other locations, but not this one. After I told her that I've had pasta prepared this way at this location as well, she then told me they in fact do prepare the pasta with the warming skillet at this location, but most of their skillets were dirty because they were about to change shifts. Huh??!! What kind of excuse is that for just being plain lazy. Especially after I literally asked if you would prepare the pasta as expected and was lied to. As much as I loved Piada the first time, I'm going to take a break from them. What good is it have a customer love your location the first time, if the food and service isn't going to be consistent. As I stated, I loved my first visit, but have been completely disappointed each time after that.
