Love the pizzas, variety and decorations. The staff are always friendly but if you eat inside be prepared to wait 10 - 15 mins for a server to come by and get your drink order, 20 mins before you order food and then you won't see the server again until you need your check, which will take another 20 mins once you have finished eating. My mom was in town so I wanted to be sure to take her Hideaway since it's the only local restaurant that I like. When we were driving, my husband asked me 3 separate times if I wanted to go to Norman but I said the Moore location was closer so it would be fine. We were seated in the bar area, which is weird because no one in my family looks like a lush but there was a screaming kid in the other area so I thought whatever. Being in the bar area there seemed to only be the bar tender there to take orders, which would be fine if there weren't 3-5 people at the bar drinking at like 3 PM on a Monday (if your Monday is so bad you feel you have no choice other than to go to a pizza place and drink mid day, there are tons of resources to help you with... whatever) so the bar tender had a lot going on, not ideal but I get it. I absolutely love the Pizza of the Gods and was so excited to split one with my mom. I really like that there are no onions in it, because onions on pizza is an abomination...but there were onions randomly on my pizza. So if you enjoy a child screaming, competing for attention with awkward day drinkers, and getting a pizza that may have unwanted secret ingredients, Moore is definitely the location you want to visit. This happens too often to be a coincidence. I call in my order and EVERY TIME I show up they say my food was either "lost" or "got messed up" and it need to be remade. I then wait about 30-45 minutes. Happens every time to the point where I just assume it will take 45 minutes. read more

Decided to go on a nice date and we were about to leave after we paid until our server stops us because they switched up our tab with another tables. We waited an extra 20 minutes after we were done eating waiting for our check to be fixed after we already paid. There was an 8 dollar difference in the bill. The server and manager were unapologetic and paid with my card twice without even showing me the corrected amount. I have never had to be detained at my table for the restaurants mistake. read more

Great service, great beer, BEST PIZZA ON THE FREAKING PLANET! We used to visit the Broadway location in the OKC metro frequently, though happened upon this Moore location Hideaway by chance one afternoon and it's quickly become our staple. After 90 days of near-weekly visits, I'm excited to stay that our service has been consistently good, while servers have varied from one visit to the next. My menu recommendations are the Fried Mushrooms (amazing, but texture doesn't keep well if you plan to take your order to-go) and Cesar Salad for apps, with the Tulsa Hurricane & the Cimmaron pizzas on hand-tossed crust for main entrees. I would note that I don't care for the canadian bacon on either entree, and do recommend you hold this topping on your order: texturally, it feels like cheap bologna to me. If you've got children in tow, be sure to ask for kids menus and some pizza dough to play with: of the many restaurants we visit, this has been the most effective tool at keeping our littles occupied during a visit. For a delightful beer experience, ask for a hoppy COOP Aleworks F5 in the frosty 18oz schooner. Or, hand your keys to the designated driver and order a COOP DNR, to enjoy your pizza with a moderate buzz. My wife and I love this staff & location, and can't wait to come back next week. Always good service and the pizza is top notch!! We have tried many items on the menu and have not been disappointed. My all time favorite is the paradise pie! It is amazing! The mushroom, cheese sticks and wings are all good also. We love the souvenir drink cups and never leave hungry! In fact we always have left overs that the kids eat the next day. We had fried pickles and fried ravioli to start. Hubby and I the ravioli! So yummy! For our meal we had a Paradise Pie and a Sicilian. Both were really good. Very different pizzas but both delicious in different ways. Dessert was a Mud Slide and a piece of Lemonade Pie. The vanilla gelato on the brownie was AMAZING!!! Lemonade Pie was fantastic as well. It made me think of Key Lime Pie, but a lemon version. Overall, it was a great meal. We will return. read more

Long wait, but TOTALLY WORTH IT! Now I just want to say that the wait is actually 25-30 minutes long plus the extra 20 it takes for your food to get out, but believe me this is one of the most AMAZING pizza places in Moore! The only issues are the wait and how crowded the place is, but those are the signs of a good place! In all honesty it's good food, but a long wait. This is our "go-to" place for delicious pizza. The kids like the cheese sticks, the adults like the salads and EVERYONE loves the pizza. We got here on a Saturday around noon. It wasn't too busy so we were seated right away. Our sever greeted us immediately and was very friendly. He took our drink and appetizer order first. They both came rather quickly. Anyone who has kids knows the quicker you get food in front of them, the better it is for everyone. Upon the return of the server, we ordered a pie with half hamburger (Hideaway and Marcos rival for the best hamburger pizza in town, imho) and half ATW with no olives or mushrooms. In usual fashion, everything was great! One reason why we like this place is the consistency. It's always good.
