Food and service is always great. The fried pickles have a little spice but are fantastic. Love the hand toss pizzas.

This was our third bad experience, with a couple of good visits in between. The problem was, early Friday evening, about 5:45 pm, we ordered. My husband got his salad, wings,beer. I ordered the same salad and a chicken and pasta dish . Husband was served. I waited. Husband ate. I waited. Husband finished his meal. I waited. Never got my salad at all. When the pasta dish finally came out, we'd had two drinks and husband had been finished for 12 minutes. We timed it. Waiter finally took my fish and made it "to go". He hadn't written down that I'd also wanted a Greek salad. We left, and I was shaky because I was so hungry. We've been loyal and frequent customers of various Hideaway pizza locations for 20 years, but I'm sick of the inconsistent service. The waiter was too swamped to see to my meal. Finally, when he notice that I still have not been served, he reported that my dish had not gone into the oven yet. At that point, my husband was already finished eating. We're just not coming back. A shame for the wait staff, because we're also huge tippers. we really like to help support kids who are saying, in college, or just starting out and they're working lives.That night, we even tipped a waiter 25 bucks who didn't wait on us. His name is Zaiden, and he's always our waiter. but he was too busy in a section this night. That's 25 bucks for not even waiting on us. We ended up giving our waiter a very small tip. He forgot my salad, and never did get the food to us fast enough. Here are photos of my blank space, and my husband's finished meal. Garlic knots were good. The pizza didn't wow us. The pizza pan cookie was not good. The cookie wasn't baked all the way and the ice cream must have been old because it had that freezer burn taste to it. Something didn't set right with one family member's stomach. I was fine and we ate the same thing except the family member ate more of the uncooked cookie. Wouldn't consider going back to this restaurant. read more

Love this pizza! We are here on a Friday for lunch and it's not busy at all. We had the 50/50 (shrooms/cheesesticks) the Bbq chicken pizza/Tulsa hurricane it came out hot fresh and tasty! The ability to half the pizza is epic.. Riley was our outstanding server and she is pretty much awesome! We take our family here for special occasions to impress. And this will continue! Our food and our waitress were fantastic, no complaints after we were seated. In fact we ended up with a free pizza to take home because one of ours was prepared in the wrong size (so we got to eat the mess up while they prepared the correct size). BUT there was a huge issue before we were seated. The restaurant was half empty but couldn't seat our party of 8 at 3:00 p.m. on a Sunday. The host and his trainer seemed perplexed by the size of our group. The table we were ultimately seated at, 40 minutes later, was not in use the entirety of our wait. The Moore location doesn't seem to have the resources to serve larger parties. I'd recommend the Western location, it seems better suited for parties larger than 6. read more

This hideaway pizza isn't as good as the other locations for whatever reason. I've gone here a few times and it's never felt like I wanted to come back. It tastes the same as dominos at this point. The other locations are pretty good. Just not this one sadly read more

Ate a gluten free big country tonight and my wife and daughter had a hamburger pizza that for some reason came with fried chicken on it as well. The random fried chicken was definitely a red flag and I should have known better. I am swigging pepto and hanging by the toilet now. I have that sweaty feeling of vertigo and nausea and I know I am in for a rough night. Everything else I ate today came from home and was well prepared. Not sure if maybe my gluten free pizza was not gluten free or if I got some bad meat. We have eaten at this location multiple times and not been sick before. read more

Easily one of my favorite pizzas in Oklahoma. Make sure you order the cheesy shrooms appetizer. I often get takeout but I love going inside because they have great staff and it's a fun vibe inside. If you order a soft drink, the cup it comes in is a souvenir you can take home if you'd like! For pizzas I usually recommend Da Bomb or the Pollinator. All of their pizzas are delicious and you can't go wrong! read more

Me and my family went here looking for good pizza. This place seems like a great place to hold a birthday party or maybe a sports dinner. The pizza is really good and customer service is very important here. All workers seem very happy to work here. The pizza was slightly over cooked for my liking but it was very good pizza and decently inexpensive. We also ordered cheese Garlic bread which were also very good. Over all this place gets four stars from me because of the great atmosphere, good food and over experience. We will be back to try other foods. read more

Was hoping for a good pizza hangout after notorious pie shut down in Norman but was extremely disappointed in hideaway in Norman. They have an extreme focus on curbside which reflects while inside as we had to wait for 45 minutes for our pizza to come out. Unfortunately the pizza also was no longer hot and was mediocre at best. Have had good luck with hideaway in other towns but do not suggest this Norman location. read more

This Stay At Home Order is crazy! Right?!?! Well, I have been planning menus for weeks and as luck would have it, I ran out of the things I needed to follow through with that so we decided to order curbside somewhere. After going through all the reviews on pizza from around here (even though we have bought some from every place around-LOL! But hey, the feedback could change at any given moment!) we went with Hideaway Pizza in Moore. Hideway is a classic Oklahoma joint that first opened in Stillwater, OK off the Oklahoma State University campus. We have always loved the original locations, but we have found that like most places that start branching out the food quality or final result varies from place to place. Moore has been pretty stable! We went online to order which was very user friendly and fast. 1 large ATW with half of the olives removed and jalapenos added instead. Hand-tossed because that's the best way. We always get a 50/50 appetizer (mozzarella Sticks and their fried mushrooms). This time we also got the 4 toasted garlic bread with cheese and marinara to dip. NEVER FORGET the ranch! It is incredible and fresh. Step aside Mazzios. Hideaway topped them on ranch. In Oklahoma it's life or death with ranch. Let's be real. Order placed. Pick up was set for 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:25pm. The waitress that came out was in her gloves and mask and very hospitable, which has been hit or miss at places right now, so that was nice. She took my name and also said she was going to grab me some extra ranch for the girls at home and it would be out shortly...... Then that's where the one star fell off. This pandemic is really effecting the wait time right now. So part of me says it's not on them. BUT then I also ordered in advance and honestly, it wasn't that overloaded or busy. So, that was the biggest issue. The wait time. I got my food at 5:50pm. Got home and thank goodness! ALL FOOD WAS HOT AND FRESH AND AMAZING. So there's that. read more

We had the meatball appetizer- they were a bit dry. Wouldn't recommend. Though we've had the garlic knots a lot here any they are amazing. Our son made us own pizza and won his eating challenge. He hasn't puked yet! My husband and I both had the paradise pasta. Nothing super fantastic about them but not bad. We then got the root beer float and a side of gelato. It was great! Called to place a pickup order at 9:05 for a small pizza and two salads, was told "the kitchen said it's too late". Expect this type of COMPLETELY inhospitable and rude service for a lot of places. Hideaway wasn't one of them until now. Done giving my money to places that treat their guests like an inconvenience. read more

Great but pricey! Pizza, appetizers, and ranch are all delicious. If it was a little more cost efficient, we would eat there more!
