Also had lots of battered pepper rings as well, nice balance. Combo seafood basket was solid. The shrimp were great as was the haddock - all battered on site. Fries were thin and crispy. The winner though was the California Grouper sandwich which was a daily special. It was fantastic. I could have eaten two. Came on a soft roll, with slaw and bacon and avocado and I forget what else because I devoured it so quickly. I'd go back just for that sandwich. This place is definitely worth a stop if you're ever out by the lake.

Our number was called maybe 15 minutes later and we were served absolute deliciousness. The side salad is fresh with blue-cheese dressing on the side. Though the chalked specials were from the prior night, and the veggie burger wasn't as advertised, overall we're satisfied with the meal, and especially knowing this is their second night open.
