[[HIGHLIGHT]]Baristas were super friendly and the place was packed Friday.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is a walk up window if you don't want to brave the crowds inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered one of their holiday drinks and sadly it had no flavor. There was an essence of whatever flavor it was supposed to be so my guess is not enough syrup went in the cup. Street parking all around.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a cute little coffee shop.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff was exceptional. This coffee was made with gold lotus and was so unique. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a fun place![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

It's been a while since I have been here, so I couldn't remember what it was like until I read the description of my one photo. Yes, everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming there. When we got there, they were low of treats, as it was Sunday afternoon. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There wasn't a lot of seating choices, but enough, for few people which is fine by me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have to go back there and try their treats. Parking is not an issue, as there was plenty of street parking.

I'm trying the vanilla latte and a apple cinnamon muffin. The vibe is pretty chill early in the morning with only a hand full of people in the place. Fairly small and not a lot of intimate space. Sent him an Apple Watch and was poised and delicious and had small baked apple chunks inside. It was topped with cinnamon crumble. Today was nothing special.

MY ABSOLUTE FAVE COFFEE PLACE IN VANCOUVER, WA! They're the bomb. I love them. Owners/managers are so sweet and make the best coffee. I love getting their vanilla lattes and the London Fog latte is absolutely amazing too. Their new special is the eggnog latte and it's everything you could ask for this wintry season. Creamy and rich! You just can't stop drinking it. I will keep coming back for their special and I hope you do too because everyone should try it. They have lovely pastries, cakes, and cookies too. Everything is fresh and delicious. I do think their younger female staff need better barista training though because the quality of the drinks is never the same as when the managers make it. I've been there many times and was unhappy with the mediocre coffee or tea latte they made for me. I much prefer it when the managers have made it. Perhaps more training is needed? Other than that, Hidden River is the best place for authentic coffee in Vancouver! It's a hidden gem nestled in downtown Camas. Love it!

Yummy coffee, not bitter or burnt, very smooth. Really friendly service. Great little spot with lots of fun seating inside and out- friendly atmosphere.

Nice little coffee roaster place that my family and I happened upon after a mid afternoon hike. Great place to get some work done or read a little with lots of natural light. Love that they roast their own coffee and my drip coffee was good. I like that they have honey for sweetener and they let you prep your coffee independently. It's a small place with a bit of a line, but they served everyone quickly and efficiently. Also looks like they have a window you can walk up to on the outside of the building which keeps up with the efficiency.

Friendly staff, quirky atmosphere, nice patrons. Strong smooth coffee. Simple but good pastries.

Why aren't you enforcing Mask mandate?

We have a great deal of freedom in this country, but with those rights we have responsibilities; seatbelts, drive on the right side of the road, children in car seats etc. And certainly a moral obligation to not put others at risk.

I frequently will sit inside and just read a book I borrowed from the Camas Public Library in the back just for the sake of enjoying the gentle chatter and sounds and the temperature inside the building. I've had a sort of mixed experience with their food and drinks, but I usually like them. Once in a while, the coffee comes out tasting a bit burnt or like the shots were pulled a bit off, but usually the drinks are tasty and the bagels cut and toasted well. The baristas and people are friendly enough and I think they explain what certain drinks and foods are in knowledgeable ways. I have noticed some times when the sanibuckets haven't been replaced as often as I would like, but that's just me. Overall, I enjoy going to Caffe Piccolo and always bring everyone I know there when they come to visit Downtown Camas and want a drink and/or foods to eat outside of a restaurant-styled space.

Quite liked it. Olive-feta marsant (lightly warmed up) 5/5 - our first time trying a marsant (fusion of muffin and croissant) and LOVED it! The bits of olive were delicious and the pastry itself felt fresh and flaky. Must try! Raspberry scone (lightly warmed up) 5/5 - I usually refrain from getting scones because they are dry but this one was soft and slightly chewy which we loved. The staff were friendly and service was quick. Plenty of indoor seating (with power outlets) and access to restroom. Street parking is fairly easy to find but could get busy on the weekends. It is a busy neighborhood full of restaurants.

Don't get me wrong, I love talking to the baristas there, but sometimes it can be more like an interview than a conversation. When one of the barista posted about Kokomo Espresso, my girlfriend said that we should go. I figured why not, a change from the norm. When we rolled up to Kokomo Espresso for the first time, there was a lovely barista named Lauren there to take our order. She didn't have any of the overwhelming energy you would find at Dutch Bros, she was just a genuinely sweet person. She took our order, and was very helpful in choosing the flavors and type of beverage. The first thing I would like to point out is the price: Dutch Bros has been increasing the price of their drinks, incrementally throughout the last few years, to the point where a large Rebel (32oz) will set you back almost $8.00, but a large Lotus (32oz) is only $7.00, saving you a dollar per visit. The flavor is also super refreshing, and I feel somewhat healthier (as healthy as one can while drinking an energy drink) consuming it. Since the Lotus is a plant-based energy syrup, as opposed to a Rebel, which is not, it's technically at least a little bit healthier for you. The flavors also definitely stick out a lot more than the Rebel, as the Lotus base has a much less overpowering taste than the acidic Rebel. Overall, I couldn't possible recommend Kokomo Espresso enough. This is absolutely going to be my new home coffee shop, and I'm happy to call it that. I strongly recommend everyone to go give them a shot!
