The staff did a good job trimming them down. It seemed as though the long nails were affecting his walking. Prince and I don't see eye-to-eye when it comes to trimming nails. We both have severe anxiety attacks. Prince immediately runs to his bed now whenever he sees me sitting on the floor. I don't blame him because I've clipped his pads a few times. It's that bad. After getting over the guilt, I finally gave in and found Gina. It's the best decision I've made for both Prince's and my wellbeing. The staff are nice and the center's rates are reasonable. I highly recommend Phoenix Pet Center.

NEVER again will I bring my dog here. The lack of communication is pathetic. They do not answer…read moreemails, never answered my VM to confirm the boarding booking that I made. I finally texted after waiting a day for a return call. The excuse was that she was having phone difficulties!!! Don't believe that one! When I did call, after leaving 2 emails, Laura answered. She told me that my dog did not need to come for an evaluation which I thought was odd as most boarding facilities require that to make sure your dog gets along with others. Was told that she would contact me a few days before hand and never did, that's when I started calling, and texting. Upon arrival as a first time customer their was no direction as to how to even enter the facility. So here I am in the drive way texting again to let them know I'm here. A young girl came out, barely spoke to me, told her it was my first time and could I see where he will be sleeping. She had to go ask! Another person comes out and lets me in. He shows me the crates and I was so disappointed. Crates lined up along a dark filthy room. Smelled, dirty, dog hair everywhere! I should of left but I was in a bind as we were leaving first thing in the am and I had no backup! A week later I picked him up and again texting to let them know I was there. My dog came home filthy, smelled and half of his food was still in his container which obviously was left outside as it was covered in dirt. Your website and other reviews say that you send pictures throughout their visit, I received nothing! I also feel that as a first time customer that the owner would at least greet me at some point. Very poor business etiquette

I've brought my puppy here a couple of times and the staff is amazing and I love watching my dog in…read morethe cameras during the day while I'm at work. Unfortunately I'm moving my dog to a different day care because they do not separate dogs at all based on size and/or energy, creating a very stressful environment for dogs who are a little more shy and small. Looking at the live stream during weekdays there would be at least 30 if not more dogs in one yard, while the two other yards were empty. It basically seemed like a super busy dog park with all the dogs in one place. When I'd pick up my pup, he was exhausted and not in a good way because he seemed too stressed to play, like he was relieved to be able to lie down to rest and was always extremely thirsty. This place is great for medium-large very social dogs, and again the staff is great. If they started separating dogs and utilizing their other yards I would go back.
